TO INFLATE, blow air into the tails with the straw. When inflation is complete, simply pinch the tail and it will seal automatically. Please inflate all the balloons in order to display the words in full. USE THE RIBBON to thread through the holes on the foil balloons to create a banner, or tie under the latex balloons.
