So glad I found this!
During our move, the power input cord somehow got severed and Sit N Sleep has been dragging their feet about getting it replaced(for over a year now!) citing backorder issues. I found this replacement cord by matching the connectors to the ones on the severed cord and was able to get my inclining bed working again.

Just what I needed
I have two electric reclining chairs and im so happy to find a replacement power kit thay allows me to plug both up with one outlet. Very happy! Fun fact: it comes with an extention cord too
