Great TV
Great quality 75 inch TV. And great value for the price. The screen is huge! And the colors are vivid and clear and distinct. This replaced a 42 inch TV and the 75 inch screen size makes us feel like we're at the game when watching football, basketball, soccer, etc. Looking forward to watching baseball on this TV. Watching movies makes us feel like we're at a movie theater. Lots of really good quality items to write about - 1) I don't get any glare on this screen (unlike the glare on the 42 inch TV screen that this TV replaced). 2) The screen is clear and the colors vivid when viewing the screen from angles, even sharp angles. Amazing. 3) This TV works well with Amazon Prime/Alexa. The channel selection responds quickly. I use a Firestick on my other TVs and there is no need for a Firestick on this TV - it's all built in and seamless, and is a great idea for those using Prime/Alexa. 4) Even the packaging of this TV was top notch. The screen was protected by what looked like 1 inch thick, very heavy and solid cardboard in addition to a thinner cardboard piece and plastic wrap covering the screen. And then a large plastic bag covered the TV. TV REMOVAL FROM BOX - FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BOX TO UNPACK THIS TV. Two toggles need to be disengaged on the bottom of the box, and then the TV needs to be lifted high enough to clear the box via handles in the plastic bag. It is a 2 person operation, one on either end of the TV, to lift the TV clear of the box. Hope this helps folks wondering how to take the TV out of the box. It is simple to do, but you need two persons. And we made sure not to turn the TV on its side or tilt the box back to take the TV out of the box because the screen can get damaged (per box warning and instructions). 5) Installation on to a TV stand and table was simple and easy. I have the TV about 41 inches height from floor level to the screen's horizontal center line. This is slightly above or equal to eye level height when seated around the TV. 6) The TV clicker is very nice. Simple. Intuitive. And the channel selection is quick. 7) I bought this on a Black Friday sale and I think this is one of the best value purchases I've made in a long time. This 75 inch TV is highly recommended.

Great value for a 70” TV – perfect for movies and gaming
It’s been awesome so far. The size is perfect for my living room, and it really gives you that home theater feel. Picture quality is solid — colors look good, and everything is sharp and clear whether I’m watching shows, movies, or playing PS5. You can see a bit of glare if there’s a lot of sunlight, but nothing too distracting, especially if you close the blinds a bit. Setup was super easy and it works great right out of the box. For the price, I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be this good. If you’re looking for a big screen that won’t break the bank, this is a great option. Definitely happy with the purchase!

Love it!
Can't find a darn thing to complain about with this TV. Setting it up was a breeze. I signed in to my Amazon account and it loaded everything on it including wifi set up. The picture is phenomenal and the sound is great too. Didn't need the soundbar we have but are using it anyway. The remote is typical for Fire TV. Easy to use and was easy to pair with our sound bar. I did some adjustment on the picture because night scenes were too dark. I adjusted brightness and contrast and it looks great. It was on sale for $399 and in my opinion, that is crazy good for the size of this. We went with this brand because we bought several of the smaller TV's for other locations in our home and trailer. We've had those for years without any problems.

Great Value for Streaming, Just 'Okay' for gaming
I recently purchased the 75" Insignia TV (ordered in Amazon, pickup at nearest Best Buy) and overall, I’m really happy with the purchase for the price point. Setup was quick and easy, and the built-in smart features made it super simple to get my streaming apps up and running. My teenager made sure the TV had HDR and 4K resolution for gaming making sure colors are vivid, and details are clear. Sound quality is decent, especially considering the down-firing speaker design (wall mounted). It’s understandable that front-facing speakers would take upviewing space or add to the price, and for everyday viewing, the audio is sufficient. Where this TV falls a bit short is with gaming. The refresh rate is capped at 60Hz, which is noticeable during fast-paced gameplay. If you’re used to 120Hz, the difference in smoothness can be a bit jarring. Remote is your basic Amazon fire stick remote with Alexa voice recognition. The voice recognition is a nice touch when searching for movies, YouTube content, or streaming shows. Overall, it’s a solid buy for casual viewing, streaming, and movie nights. If you're a serious gamer, you might want to consider something with a higher refresh rate (more $$$). But for the size and picture quality at this price!?! I'm happy with my purchase!

White spot in middle of screen they will not help with!
Don’t buy this TV! I was so excited to get this! My dad’s TV stopped working (I had since 2010). I ordered this and waited for it to come, got a wall mount for the TV, and had it up and installed before they even brought the TV! We were so excited when it came! The picture was beautiful and crystal clear! A few days later (once I had time to watch the TV bc I work a lot) I noticed a dot in the center! No one in my family noticed this dot till I did, because it was so tiny and it blended with all the colors, and pictures of the tv. The only time you could fully see it was on darker colors, when the images on the screen were darker, and even then when watching a show, or movie, it stays dark for a few moments, then lighter. I could notice it AT ALL TIMES! Because once I saw this beautiful TV defective in this tiny spot, that’s all I see now! Anyway, I put the TV on YouTube sleep dark screen so I could get a photo, I still had to circle it, but it is there. And I reached out to Amazon, who reached out to Best Buy. I thought it would be an easy process! I loved this TV! I thought they would just simply exchange it, pick this one up, and bring one that isn’t defective, that wasn’t the case. They said they would not exchange it at all, and my only option is to return this TV (which my 8-year-old autistic son loves btw) by myself to another state, oh, and I also have to pay for all the shipping costs associated with shipping a 70-inch tv to another state, and they “MAY” refund me! I did the A-Z file with Amazon thinking since I am a Prime member, and I just spent 2500 with them for Xmas and use them all the time, they will help me! No!!! They sided with Best Buy!!!! I was like what??? Now, I’m stuck with a defective tv because there is no way I trust spending over 100 dollars to ship to them, after how they treated me so far in this process. I know they WOULD NOT refund my shipping, and I will be out that $100, and a tv!!!! Because, they wouldn't even pick up their defective tv, why would they pay for the shipping?!!! They wouldn't! It’s beautiful, a nice thought, if you will, for a great price!!! But it just may be defective, like mine is… and if it is, Best Buy will only return it if YOU cover shipping it to Kentucky, And they state they “MAY” reimburse you for that cost. And Amazon backs them up 100%! Amazon even said in their email to me, and I'm paraphraseing here, they realize it may not be fair, but it’s the choice they are making! I just want others to know this before buying! It may be worth it to spend the extra few hundreded on a brand you know will back you if something is wrong with the tv when you get it!
