I bought this dieters’ tea to help kickstart my weight loss journey. It works overnight and leaves me feeling more energised and focused for the gym the next day. I’m happy with this purchase and tend to use it occasionally — about once a fortnight or so. Overall, it’s been a helpful addition to my routine.

Fantastic product & I have tried so many as I suffer with constipation and bloating on a daily badly. I take it at night before I go to bed and by the morning I have my clear out. I’d advise not to take this tea if you’re travelling or planning to go out, you need to be by a toilet. You do get stomach cramps but that’s not unusual for me. The tea tastes quite nice compared to others I have tried which were always bitter. Definitely value for money & love that it’s a natural remedy as apposed to over the counter laxatives. Don’t advise to drink this daily, use only when you are backed up. I use once a fortnight. Great product & will keep purchasing!

I've been using this product on and off for almost 3 years now, and trust me when I say that it is one of the most powerful laxatives you will ever experience. I suffer from a lot of bloating and drinking this tea usually helps. - Is it a miraculour product that will shed kilos off you? No, but it will really clean you out, and possibly make you lose any weight cause by constipation or fluid retention. - does this product cause cramping? Yes, intensely so, if you've used this product NEVER trust a fart. - Does this product work fast? Personally it takes a good few hours to work, like 8+ (do not drink this in the morning before you go to work unless you want to have some serious regrets, or don't mind your co workers hearing the noises of violent diarrhoea) Personally I think this is a good product, it slims bloating and leaves me feeling a lot more healthy after, I do not recommend daily use however and advise you are careful about the hours you ingest this. The flavour isn't bad, definitely not as bitter as some green teas I've tried, and it's better than your usual detox teas. Pros : Detox, helps with bloating Cons: you will get the sh*ts, make sure to replenish your electrolytes and drink lots of water.

This is really good tea I've bought several times very happy with it. The teas is of good quality really settles your gut.

I think this tea is great for what I need. I've used it once every two weeks for years as a way to give my body a bit of a cleanse as I can sometimes struggle with bowel movements when I'm not in my regular routine, so taking it after a holiday or a weekend of eating differently is a must for me. Be warned, it does make you poop so you don't want to take it if you need to do something other than be in the house the next day. I tend to take on a Sunday evening and work from home on Mondays. I take it before I got to bed, and it does wake me up about 4am with an urge to go, but I don't struggle to sleep and just go back to bed so it never bothers me. You'll then go fairly regularly until about 1pm. Im also usually a bit bloated on the pooping day, but afterwards I feel great! It says you can take everyday for a week or so as a way to help aid weight-loss, but I really wouldn't recommend this as I find that after doing so, you'll find it much harder to go without it for a time and be more bloated. It's much better used as a once in a while cleanse if you're feeling a bit meh in my opinion.

Excellent works very well but always remember after this tea for at least 8 hours try to be near the loo. Cleans your stomach. Then no bloating or anything. Caution if you’re travelling or about to travel don’t drink it.

The product is value for money. It satisfies the need.

I do not know if they gave me another recipe, i took half a cup and did NOTHING to my belly BUT i felt extremely sleepy, like i los control of reality and then fell asleep for hours during the day, zero effect on my bowels so far. I will try again.
