Can I use this for testing coco coir ph?

Yes you can just make sure the coco coir is slightly damp. Coco is the same as hydroponics so shoot for a ph that swings from 5.3 to 6.3 that way all nutrients are uptaken. Also don't forget to add a calcium supplement like garden lime or cal mag from botanicare or whatever brand you like.

Can you read nutrient solution PH with this as well?

Yes, it measures both soil and liquids. Gives the temp and pH of both.

Do you sell the glass with sensor replacement for this soil ph pen?

I’m pretty sure that it’s a one time pen unless you get the other unit with the replaceable heads
