I recently bought this monitor, and it has quickly become an indispensable part of my workspace. Here’s what stands out about this monitor: Lightweight Design: One of the most significant advantages of this monitor is its lightweight construction. I purchased this on a bit of a whim, catching it on a seasonal sale as a companion to my iPad Pro after reading in a review that it could be powered entirely by an iPad Pro or any properly powered USB-C port. Given how light and slim it is, it would be perfect for business trips and to stash downstairs when working at night. I've now used with Stage Manger on a couple business trips and several couch or counter working session and I'm very happy with it. The brightness and sharpness are more than enough, it supports HDR, and even next to the iPad Pro's excellent display, it holds its own. I always power the display with the USB-C cable from the iPad Pro, then connect power to the iPad via the Smart Keyboards port. That setup will still drain the battery with a 15W power supply, but if you give it anything 20W or over, it'll power that setup and still charge, even with Bluetooth and WiFi active and the screens both cranked up a good bit. I also tested this monitor with a MacBook Pro and an HP Elitebook and it worked immediately, single cable, with both. This is only a 60Hz monitor with 300 nits of brightness, so while it's perfectly fine for business applications or even watching a show or movies, it wouldn't be ideal for gaming or sports viewing, with a 16"+ at 120/144Hz and 400 nits+ would be more appropriate for that application. I'm also not sure I'd use it for design proofing given that the colors are accurate, but not THAT accurate (I have a Dell Ultrasharp for that). But for my uses, this monitor is a win and I recommend it as such.

I could not get a video signal using USB-C. Tested with a DisplayPort to USB-C bidirectional cable. This cable works with another monitor I have. I suspect it does work because of the reviews. But the seller needs to provide details on the conditions. I also tried it with my iPhone SE and Motorola Android, got no signal, says this display. The HDMI works at 4K at full RGB (4:4:4) at 60Hz w/ 8bit color according to Windows 10. I like the rotary controls. It is quicker than the old push buttons. Rotate up gets you volume control. Rotate down gets you brightness control. Press and you get menu. The single button is to quit.

Specs are exactly as advertised and after about a year of use and abuse I cannot complain about how well the two units I bought are still functioning. They're very small (smaller than a 15.6" laptop) and light and the picture is crisp. Speakers are pretty good considering that they're even available on a device so small and light.

Died after a year of minimal use.

Works Great. I was worried about the comparability of the cables, but they were perfect. USB C cable is long enough to go from the left side of the monitor to the right side of my laptop when the monitor is to the left of the laptop.

Pros: - Extremely sharp image! The image is extremely sharp because of the 1440p resolution combined with the not that big 14in screen size. This means that the pixels are actually really small. I can't really see any pixels from a normal viewing distance. - Great color accuracy: My only complain there is that I feel like the blues are a bit strong, but that's adjustable. The colors look amazing, ever more so with HDR on. I would use this for photo/video editing, it almost feels like a MacBook screen. - Very slim and light body, making this a very portable monitor. - Nice stand/cover: It offers great protection to the display, while still offering two viewing angles when opened. - Only draws around 6W of power at mid brightness and auto HDR, so this should be able to be powered by a small 10W power brick. Cons: - Glossy finish on screen. It does make the image look better and sharper, but at the expense of reflections on the display. - The resolution being this sharp on a overall pretty small display makes it so that the content on the display will be kind of small. It's like if your computer thought that this was an average 27in 1440p monitor, but it's only 14in. This issue was more notable on my older MacBook, as I couldn't find a way to scale it at 150% without also scaling the main display, but there's probably a way around this, as I didn't have this issue on Windows. - Issues with iPad compatibility: Screen format is not 16:10, it's a bit taller, which I wouldn't mind. But when it's plugged to my iPad, this leads to the image being a bit stretched and not as sharp as it should be. This is a bit upsetting, as I was planning to use this screen with my iPad a lot. It's still usable, but not ideal for daily use. HOWEVER, there were no such problems on Windows or Mac computers, so this might be more of an iPad OS not being optimized for unusual screen ratios. - The cover doesn't magnetically close, it only rests on the screen and can be opened very easily in transport. Overall, this monitor is amazing for the price. The iPad compatibility is a bit upsetting. My guess is this is more of an iPad OS problem, but it still affects my experience with this device. Hopefully it will be fixed in the future. But with any other device, I've had an amazing experience with this screen. Would highly recommend!

I still haven't gotten around to tinkering with it completely but I am a fan of screens with a high pixel density so this stood out for me. It's LED which is great, it's nice and bright and crisp. Considering I was looking at spending over 300 dollars on a stationary monitor with similar resolution and this one is portable and half the price I am very happy with it. I prefer my stuff to be mobile and having this is a great addition to my setup. Not to mention I got it 40 dollars off! Big time thanks! Also it comes with all the necessary cabling.

This display arrived today and I tested it with my Pixel 8 Pro via usbc mirror. The picture is pretty good. Speakers are ok, passable. It is super lightweight and takes power directly from the phone (no extra usbc power is needed, but draws up to 10 watts). So basically one cable does everything. Alternatively this screen can be powered from a power bank and then the phone gets charged while playing videos (reverse power flow). Overall I found this monitor is pretty worthy and great for travel or watching movies outside. All cables and power adapter are included. OSD menu/setup works ok. Didn't have chance to connect it to my windows laptop.

This is a good 14" 2K portable monitor. It has a glossy screen. Picture quality is excellent. Text and graphics are clear and colors have good intensity and brightness. The brightness levels of the monitor are also good. There are 10 levels and I usually keep it at 3. The monitor also has blue screen filter and supports free sync. I use this with a Windows computer but it also works with iPad and Samsung. It's plug and play. The monitor is thin and lightweight. It comes with a leather cover that also works as a stand. There's only one angle it stands at though. This monitor has built in speakers located on the bottom backside. They sound decent for built-in speakers in a thin monitor. There are 10 volume levels. I used them with max volume on my computer and max volume on the monitor. They don't get too loud but it's okay. Even at max volume, the audio sounded pretty clear. There is also a headphone port on the right side of the monitor. The box includes a mini HDMI to HDMI cable, usb-c to usb-c cable, usb-c to usb-a cable, and power adapter with usb-a port. I use the included usb-c to usb-c cable to connect and power the monitor with my computer. There are 3 inputs- 2 usb-c ports and 1 mini HDMI port on the left side of the monitor. When using the mini HDMI port on the monitor, the monitor can be powered by the computer or mobile device it's connected to, a wall outlet, or a power bank. There's a micro usb port on the right side of the monitor. This allows you to plug in a micro usb hub and use peripherals like a mouse, keyboard, etc., with your device. I use the usb-c to usb-c cable for connection and it works with my devices. If using HDMI, I assume you will need one of the usb cables to connect to your computer/device. It's nice that it has the hub port but it would be better if it was usb-c instead of the old micro usb. The right side has 5 buttons for turning the monitor on/off and navigating the monitor settings. The top button is the power button. Sometimes I accidentally press it instead of the settings button right below and it takes a few seconds for the monitor turn on again, which is a bit annoying. The indicator light is blue when the monitor is on, red when off. In the settings menu (OSD), there are settings for brightness, contrast, eco, dcr, hdr mode, aspect, color temp, blue light filter, volume, freesync, source, etc. Overall, this is a very good portable monitor with clear picture quality and some nice extra features.
