Awesome product...As someone who has battled gut issues for quite a few years, has the MTHFR variant, and has tried so many different types of products, this product works. It has started to improve my gut issues and I am finding a little more energy. This is after taking this product for two weeks. All of a sudden, my gut seems to be starting to work a little bit better and I have less symptoms. I will be making sure to keep this ordered because I know that I will continue to improve. There is no reason to doubt how this Methyl Multi One vitamin works. You cannot go wrong as this has everything that you need to help keep you healthy. I love how fast these nutrients are absorbed. I have thyroid issues and MTHFR...I've tried many different brands of multi vitamins and prenatal multi vitamins, and these are *by far* the best, most incredible ones I've ever taken. I notice a difference every single time I've taken them, and just comparing the concentration amounts of each vitamin to other multi vitamins has been *crazy* different in such a good way. You're getting so much more with this than any other kind I've tried, and my body can actually absorb it.

These are great methylated vitamins. I am a vegan so I have to be smart about my supplements. I could definitely feel a difference when I switched to these. I've been using them for a year and plan to continue. Great multi!

Subtle increase in energy, & I'm not as tired throughout the day into the night. I wouldn't advise taking this much past early afternoon. Also seems to lessen anxiety, & increase focus ability, so these are huge benefits in one small capsule per day. 62/f. Also, nails are like Teflon now. There's nothing wrong with the smell. Vitamins smell. Who cares. Just get it down. It's not supposed to be a perfume. With MTHFR, the appropriate supplement is challenging to find, & as a nearly half century non-meateater, darn near impossible to get anything with no byproducts. I read it takes weeks, if not months, for full effects to be observed, so I'll report back if anything changes. I wasn't deficient according to this year's blood panel, but for those out there lacking nutrients, this might be radically noticeable. Give it a shot, the price isn't gouging.
