This works so good it does the job

It was a wonderful product that was easy to swallow and incredibly effective though I admit it has a bitter taste after swallowing.

This was pretty much like a stool softener/laxative type medicine. I followed the directions. Said take 2 before bed for 7 days. I took one the first night to see what happened. I got a few stomach cramps. Also told me to drink 8oz water with them. So I did that. The 2nd night, I took the 2 pills before bed. I went to the bathroom 2 time through the night. The 3rd night I took the 2 meds, and then went a few times. However, through out the next day, I kept getting HORRIBLE cramps and kept having to go to the bathroom, and kept going A LOT. I took these because I wanted to lose some weight. And they said they promoted weight management on the bottle. So I thought it was a good idea. I did lose a few pounds, because I kept weighing myself after I went to the bathroom. And I was really constipated before I started taking them. I never finished the full 7 days, because I ended up having to call my doctor because I ended up having some personal medical problems related to taking this medicine. So please be careful when taking this medicine. Because it is strong and it will give you stomach cramps and it will gradually get stronger every time you take it.

I had never used a "colon cleansing" product before but I thought I'd try doing a short cleanse for the perceived health benefit. I expected this to be like taking a laxative, and I was right. I will give it due credit, it definately does what it says it will. I was cleaned out! I do not recommend taking this product unless you are going to have easy access to toilets. You are going to need them, multiple times a day. Probably best to watch what you eat when you do take this too. Whatever goes in is going to come back out, and quickly. The description says you can take it 7 days in a row. I did three and couldn't take any more. Use it at your own risk. It does say it's made in the USA which gives me a little confidence I'm not ingesting anything dangerous.

The first night you use the detox, the next morning you are definitely cleaned out with a little discomfort. But by the second evening when you take the pills the next morning there is no discomfort but it continues to work great. I saw 2 pounds come off the first night. They suggest to use for seven nights two pills per night and plenty of water. I am very satisfied with the results and I love the fact that it helps with better gut health. I definitely will continue using and add it to my wellness routine about every three months.
