Title: Excellent Patio Heater! The East Oak Pyrol48000 is a great addition to our backyard. It puts out a lot of heat and looks fantastic. Setup was simple, and the build feels solid and durable. It heats a wide area and adds a nice touch of style to the patio. Definitely worth it for chilly nights outside! What I really like is how easy it is to use—just push the ignition and it fires right up every time. The safety features give peace of mind, especially with kids around. It’s been running smoothly and feels like it’s built to last.

Awesome for looks and CD easy to put together I am adding photos for you all to use if u want it spelled out Those types of heaters are pretty but don’t expect much heat emanating from this one I fired it up this afternoon on high and only get heat if u are standing a foot away or do Very pretty and C a nice looking addition to your deck party Just don’t expect much heat as it all goes up the chimney

Over all nice for the price But little flimsy parts but not much , panels was little bent but correctable The wheel mechanism is almost unusable as the legs extend beyond the range so to move it u have to carry it pretty much

Delivery was easy. Assembly was easy. Product works as designed. Gives off decent heat. I would recommend.

This was so worth the extra money due to how beautiful it is. The flames from this adds so much ambience to my patio. I will say it took about 2 hours to put it together and I wanted to give up, but in the long run it was worth it. They have extremely good instructions but it was still confusing. So make sure you have a spouse or friend to help out.

Customer service cannot be beat. Had a few parts that needed to be replaced based on an unfortunate wind storm we encountered and East Oak was right there to help (pics of damage provided). Such a great company to work with and their product is very, very nice.

I bought the Pyramid Patio Heater as eye candy for my beach house firepit area. I wanted to avoid open flames, dealing with firewood and had to have something more substantial than a propane firepit. 1.) EAST OAK filled the bill, assembled quickly worked beautifully and fit my space well. 2.) The extreme conditions here on the NC coast took a toll on the flame tube guards; they rusted quickly. I contacted East Oak and replacements were sent immediately. Best customer servive I can remember. It was suggested I purchase a cober for protection against the elements when not in use. I did that and more. I purchased a few cans of high heat Rustoleum paint and painted the replacement wire guards. Time will tell, but I'm optimistic.

Makes nice looking flame but provides near zero or zero warmth. All the heat goes out the top. I have a 6 year old highland heat lamp from tractor supply that still works perfectly and provides so much heat I don’t put it all the way up. Decided to buy this lamp to try something new… total waste of money
