No, the Aqara G4 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. It is not compatible with 5GHz or dual-band networks that combine both frequencies under a single SSID.

No. This doorbell is designed to work with the included 95dB chime for optimal performance and compatibility.

Q: Why is the battery life shorter than expected?

Please make sure to use 1.5V alkaline AA batteries only. Non-alkaline batteries may cause fast drain or malfunction. Also, high motion detection sensitivity can reduce battery life. For longer life, enable Power Saving Mode in the app.
