Arrived in Ok condition, corners and spine were a bit damaged. Would benefit from being a hard cover. Also pages are very thin and easy to rip so be careful.CD Was not included despite it listed in description.

Unfortunately, the physical quality of this book is disappointing despite its high price and I just receive it. Right from the first few pages, I noticed stains and binding issues. The print is uneven in places, and some pages look poorly trimmed or glued, which makes the reading experience feel cheap and careless—especially frustrating for an academic or professional title. A book covering important topics like commercial real estate deserves better production standards. I expected more for the price and purpose. Definitely not worth it in its current condition.
