Best vitamin ever.
If you’re needing energy, these work quickly. Advice, take it in the morning, or it might be harder to go to sleep at night. I have energy all day, even after working all day. I’ve taken these for years. Tried other brands that cost less, but none of them worked for me like these do.

I love this product and recommend to any woman who is trying to lose weight or even stay in shape. I used it for almost a year straight on my weight loss journey (daily along with other GNC supplements that are for women) and I reached my goal of dropping 50 lbs.
