Good quality
The air purifier works really well. It reduces dust, improves air quality, and makes the room feel fresher and clean. The noise level is low, and the filter cleaning process is easy. Good product for everyday use

Zero Star – Absolute Garbage Product and Criminal-Level Service from Honeywell and Amazon
I ordered this Honeywell air purifier from Amazon, it arrived on December 11, 2025, and from the very first time I plugged it in, it was completely useless. The display immediately flashes AQ1 at 500 (the maximum reading) and stays locked there no matter what—clean room, open window, fan on high, nothing changes it. It just mindlessly blows room-temperature air around like a cheap desk fan and then randomly shuts itself off after a few minutes. This thing doesn’t purify air; it’s a $200+ plastic brick that pretends to. I immediately contacted Amazon for a replacement—basic expectation when you receive a defective product, right? Wrong. The agent told me there are “no replacements available” (shocker), but I could get a full refund once the item is returned. Fine. They scheduled a pickup for December 16th. Guess what? Nobody showed up. No driver, no notification, nothing. I log into the Amazon app and it now says “Delivery Rejected” (for a pickup!). Zero explanation, zero update, zero way to reschedule without starting the entire return process over. Trying to reach Amazon customer service after that is a joke. Days later, I still have a broken, expensive piece of junk sitting in my living room and Amazon is happily holding onto my money. This isn’t incompetence; this feels deliberate. Deliver obviously faulty units, charge full price, then throw up every possible roadblock to returns and refunds so customers eventually give up. Honeywell clearly doesn’t test or care about quality, and Amazon is enabling it with the worst post-sale support I’ve ever experienced. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—do NOT buy this Honeywell air purifier. And honestly, think twice before trusting Amazon with anything expensive anymore. Worst purchasing experience of my life. Zero stars if I could.

Satisfactory product
Product is good, works well, seems conform to advertised parameters. One thing must be said that annoys me. It is a bit noisy (for me). The noise does not seem to be aerodynamic, it seems that DC motor is used and it is PWM controller is producing this noise. On speed 1 it is ok, but above this speed it could have been calmer specially during night. It must be said, to be fair, that I have not checked this parameter from other comparable brands.

It is very nice product,working effectively,light indicator is also working good.sound is very silent when it turn green,it is not audible in green light mode,little noisy when it is red,but it remains red for few minutes only than it will switch to orange,as it purolifies the air.

Really good. Worth every penny.
When I placed in my room it was showing aqi near 375, within 30 minutes it was below 100. It went as low as 09 so far. Happy with product. Absolute necessity if you live in Delhi NCR. In auto mode, when aqi is above 100 it works on maximum (fan speed 3) for aqi between 50 to 100 fan speed reduces to 2 and below 50 aqi the fan speed runs at 1 which is almost noiseless. My room size is 120 sqft. In sleep mode the screen goes off and fan runs at level 1. Got it for 10K. Worth every penny.

Good filtration. Critical bug on power cut
The purifier has a critical problem: It doesn't start again after a power cut. Very bad problem in India.

Not working!!
After just two months of use, the Air Touch V5 is no longer able to reduce the AQI in my room below 200, even though the outdoor AQI in Guwahati is only around 100+. I have been regularly cleaning the filter every 25–30 days, yet the purifier has failed to perform effectively. At present, it is not working as expected, as the indoor AQI continues to remain above 200.

Value for money efficient product
Very efficient product. If I open the door even for 10 seconds it detects the pollution coming inside and meter shows it accordingly. Since 3 months I am using it and I am very much satisfied with it.
