I’ve been playing pickleball seriously for about ten years now, and I’ve tried my fair share of paddles—some decent, some disappointing. But the JOOLA 3S Raw Carbon Fiber paddle (Tyson McGuffin signature edition) is hands down the best paddle I’ve ever used. From the moment I picked it up, I could tell this wasn’t just hype. The paddle feels incredibly balanced in hand—light enough for quick net play, but solid enough to drive through the ball with power. The raw carbon fiber face gives me unreal control on spins. I’m finally getting those nasty top-spin drops to land where I want them! The sweet spot is generous, which means fewer mishits and more confidence, especially during faster exchanges. It also has a premium grip that feels secure even during longer, sweatier games. I play 4–5 times a week, and this paddle is holding up beautifully—no edge wear or dead spots so far. Honestly, I can see why Tyson McGuffin endorses this. It’s designed for serious players but accessible enough for intermediate folks looking to elevate their game. If you're on the fence, don’t be. This paddle has taken my control, spin, and consistency to the next level. Plus, let’s be honest—it looks slick. Highly recommend to any player who wants to step up their game with a professional-grade paddle.

Solid buy for the money. Best paddle ever since I have been playing.

When I bought this paddle, I was sent a scratched, used, DIFFERENT MODEL. I returned it and was sent the "correct" paddle. However, right from the beginning, it did not perform well. There is absolutely no "pop" off the paddle. People are always saying that it sounds strange, very dull, like a thud. I've given it months and months of playing, but have come to the conclusion that it is a dude. Very disappointed, especially since it was so expensive, nearly $300.

Good product with this second hand price

I liked this paddle the moment I opened the box — it looks great with Ben John’s signature and feels solid and well-made. After switching to the JOOLA 3S Raw Carbon Fiber paddle, my game improved noticeably. The control is excellent, and dinking feels much easier and more accurate. It’s lightweight but powerful — definitely a big upgrade from my previous paddle. Highly recommend!

This paddle came recommended to me, a relative pickleball newbie. Solid and sturdy, I had to lighten up on my swing. Can’t go wrong with this one.

Excellent pickleball paddle. Purchased the Magnus 3S while on sale. Has lots of power, control is good and seems to be well balanced. It’s a little on the heavy side but still works well. Really like the elongated face. Happy it came with a spare grip. Wish it came with a protective cover.
