Fresh raspberries have to be eaten almost immediately. These freeze dried ones can be kept till required. I add them to porridge and cereals, or rice pudding, or used to decorate cakes, etc, and they are always fresh and delicious! Priced very reasonably and delivered to your door, I order them regularly.
