Being a usual size 8-10 female, I went for the small. Will be ordering again in medium (true to measuring, see size guide), as I found the small just too tight under arms. Had cracked/broken ribs result of fall and have Kyphosis anyway, so was in agony. Certainly helps keep my posture more upright.
