I have fairly thin, receding hair and this stuff makes a big difference. As far as I can tell, it’s a product to use every day, blow dry or air dry, apply a few times, a good 6 or 7 sprays each go round. It’s not meant to literally reverse any thinning or hair loss. It’s a coating that hugs your current hairs and gives them a confidence boost. I love it, first product of this sort that I’ve ever purchased multiple times.
