Having persevered they look like they came in a packet. Hopefully you may find these tips useful: Start with the moving (opening) roller facing you. Put the filter on the side of your dominant hand. Load evenly along the channel to match the filter diameter. Roll a turn or two to form the shape and then start to roll the paper through. I suggest smoothing out the crease in the paper before inserting it. Now most importantly of all, "ONLY roll the front roller", using both thumbs, alternately to rotate it. Allow the belt slack to build up under your thumbs. This keeps the roll tight and means that the paper wraps it perfectly, no matter whether you over or under load or how saggy the belt is.
