Tl;dr: If your capsules come stuck together, put the bottle in the fridge for a few hours. You'll be able to snap them apart easily with no risk of any of them breaking open and you won't have wasted your money or time complaining about something customer service will never actually do anything to resolve.I'm a huge fan of this product and love the great price I get it for here, but when my latest order arrived all the pills were completely melded together in such a way that I couldn't even get them out of the bottle. I tried to pry a few out of the bottle and some of them broke apart in a sticky mess inside the bottle. I considered writing a bad review, but I also know there's not much Amazon will do about this. On a gut feeling, I put them in the fridge (I was worried they'd explode in the freezer, but I did consider that) for a few hours and sure enough they were effortless to snap apart when they were cold, as opposed to how fragile and gummy they were at room temp. Passing this along in hopes it helps someone out.

I had issues once it seemed that when it was in traveling it was near heat and it got damaged. Or in storage.

I've been taking this along with the NAC for protection for any heart issues, which is a big thing in my family. So far, so good... I'm 78 and doing really well, so I thank you Jarrow for making a great product!! AND, I wish Amazon wasn't so silly and would put the NAC back into their items for sale, although I did find it elsewhere with no problem and bought enough for 6 months supply.

Jarrow Formula hits another home run with their QH+PQQ. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow. They are not tacky and don't stick together. There is no unpleasant odor or aftertaste. My memory seems to have improved considerably since taking them, although that may be a correlation rather than cause-and-effect since I have altered my diet overall (I have assumed the Banting metabolic lifestyle and it is AMAZING). Also, these have a noticeable impact on lowering my blood pressure, which is an effect of Ubiquinol that has been documented elsewhere. Overall I think these are great and they are the best bang for the buck that I've found.

I have been taking Ubiquinone 200mg daily with no real results. I have been taking the reducedform Ubiquinol 100 mg and can really fell their effects. 5 star product.

To be fair, I've gotten these through Amazon 11 times previously with no problem. They have been somewhat stuck together before but I was able to separate them with a knife and they were fine.This time they smell bad too, and they're so stuck together I can't separate any of them or get any of them out of the bottle. Because of the smell, I wouldn't want to take them anyway. If there was a way to just send them an email and let them know, I would, but since there's no way to contact the seller, this is my only way to let them know.Yours will probably be fine but maybe it's better to get them directly from Jarrow or at a local store than through amazon.
