Love this product , it really helps a lot when I do extended fasting helps suppress appetite, no side effects , great value for the money , I’ve tried others that were more expensive and higher dosage but didn’t notice any difference they didn’t work any better ., so I stick with this brand , I’ve also bought the 200mg of this brand , that works great too , I switch back and forth between the 100mg , and the 200mg, .
