Good product and not too aggressive on intestine as similar items. I recommend.

I am not fully certain if it was because of this product but since the day I started taking it, my acid reflux kicked into high gear. I am returning it unfortunately. Given the high price of this product, it is tough to justify saying "oh its just working out the toxins of the body".

GOOD STUFF

After trying many probiotics products, this is the first one to meaningfully help to lessen my digestive discomfort. Don’t expect one dose of Biogenics 16 to work magic, and don’t expect great taste. Do expect improvement once you have taken a few doses. I will be purchasing this on a regular basis.

I‘ve been suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) since 2016. Every day, I have use the bathroom really often. Then I chanced on Biogenics 16 and decided to give it a shot, starting with 2 sachets per day. You wouldn’t believe this but I actually saw results in just three days!!! The diarrhea is gone and my stools were like, normal. Thanks to Biogenics 16, I’ve stopped my usual medications. If anyone has IBS problems, I say try this.
