I assume it works well as none of my other guinea pigs or myself got this highly contagious parasite. It is easy to mix as the bottle has measurements in mls, so you just squeeze the amount you need into a spray bottle and mix with water. It has no nasty smell and you can use it as a hand wash too. I spray my cage and all equipment every week, and will continue to do so even though the ringworm has gone, as apparently spores can incubate for 18 months. A little goes a long way, highly recommended
