This is a good beginner set of boxing equipment. The bag and gloves are much higher quality than expected. We filled the bag with blankets, etc. and it works great. The instructions are not good, so make sure you secure the bag to a joist. Much easier to install under a deck or in an unfinished basement. Overall, it is a tremendous bargain and great home-exercise option.

This kit is a great way to start a beginner heavy bag cardio plan. The quality is good enough to get the hang of things without breaking the bank. I wouldn’t use it for kick boxing, but I’m sure it will hold up for boxing cardio. I filled it with shredded cedar from the pet store, and top it off as it packs down. It’s pretty solid and heavy now and retains its shape due to the density of the filling. The boxing gloves are functional, and the other items are nice to have.

This a great deal overall. Everything is quality—easily as functional as any name brand. The gloves are terrific. Just keep in mind that you will have to fill this bag and this is a significant undertaking. I had to buy a 50 pound bag of sand and cut up a huge container of old clothes to fill and weight it correctly. The task was messy and required commitment. The provided chain and mount did work, but I later had to purchase an anchor to get the weight and stability just right. I am still, however, giving it 5 stars as these challenges are not product flaws—they would exist when buying any unfilled bag. I would strongly recommend this product to anybody willing to buy an unfilled bag.
