Very difficult to put together. Well for me. I got it due to my lower back and joint pain so not comfortable to put together. After getting it together and watching the videos trying to figure out how to get the straps set up and on. I finally just tied them on and tried to crank the wheel but couldn’t do it with my joint pain. I had my daughter help me and she cranked it for me. It didn’t really feel like it was doing anything but choking me but when I got up the pain in my lower back had relieved some. Enough to really make a difference. I think this works but I do suggest to have help if you have medical issues

Nothing else really comes close at this price range and it does work for its intended purpose. However, the setup instructions are all but useless, the supplied straps are nothing short of locks because they cannot be released once under pressure, it is very difficult for a person over 6 ft to operate the crank lever because it is so high up, it is very unstable and the legs pivot for some unknown reason, and the harness pads are very difficult to apply correctly especially due to the aforementioned terrible straps. I spent 20 bucks and upgraded all the straps to a click style and some adjustable straps that can be adjusted under tension and it is now considerably better. They could have spent an extra dollar putting on straps like I used and it would have been much better. In the end it works and I'm not sorry I have it, but it is so difficult to get in and out of even with the better straps that I often find myself not using it. Note; if you are using with the included straps, make sure somebody is around to help you because I literally could not release them and was stuck in initially.
