I used to use my personal all-in-one desktop (HP) for business meetings (Teams, Zoom, Webinar) but thought it would be more convenient to attach a webcam to my business PC. This webcam was instantly recognized by my Dell desktop when it was plugged into the USB port and no problem using it with Teams and Zoom. So, overall it fulfilled my intent of use. However, there are couple of things that I'm not totally satisfied with. First, the sound quality is not so excellent. From my personal preference, I think my HP desktop has better sound quality. Second, there are two interfaces to control the webcam. Maybe one is the default but the second becomes available when I installed EMEETLINK from their website. Anyway, it's confusing and annoying. Also, somehow I can't change the zoom while already in a Zoom / Team meeting. The other settings like brightness can be changed while in a meeting, though. I asked this to the customer service but didn't get a spot-on reply. Third, sometimes the PC stops recognizing it suddenly (thankfully, it's not during a meeting). I have no idea why and how to restore it. So, I have to unplug and plug the USB cable again.
