Excellent machine
Aagaro Royal Mob cum vacuum is working fine. I have used it three or four times. It functions. Well you do not have to go through your floor twice once grooming and then sweeping. Instead it does the entire work once it has two tanks. One tank contains freshwater and the other one collects dirty water. Demonstration support was also given bye a very helpful person, Sumita .She demonstrated the working of the product over WhatsApp video. Any doubts which I had regarding the machine was clarified efficiently by her. I do not know how the machine will perform after two years, but as of now it is working very well. It is easy to use and easy to clean. My only concern is that a single roller has been provided. Other than that I do not find any con in the product

Title: Worst product + Worst service | Completely frustrated
Rating: 1/5 Review: This is the worst experience I have ever had with any product or brand. I purchased the AGARO Royal Wet & Dry Vacuum Mop, and it started leaking badly within just 1 month. I raised multiple complaints, and after weeks of back-and-forth, they took the machine. I waited for 20+ days, and instead of fixing it or replacing parts, they simply sent the SAME defective product back to me - NOTHING was repaired. NOTHING was replaced. The leakage issue is still exactly the same. After this, they sent a technician who clearly didn't know what to do and left without fixing anything. The customer care team stops answering calls and doesn't take responsibility at all. For a product this expensive, this kind of service is unacceptable. AGARO has wasted my money, time, and energy. Their customer support is slow, careless, and unprofessional. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this product or this brand. Buy at your own risk -because if it fails, they will not help you. Expected: Refund or replacement for defective product still under warranty. Resolve this within 5 working days, or i will escalate the matter to the NCH.

Good product by Agaro
This product from Agaro is very good.Its easy to understand and use.No need of brooming and mopping separately, it does the work in one go.Ms Sudipa gave me the virtual demo.She explained all its functionalities very well.She is sweet and patient.She listened all my queries calmly and explained how to resolve the issue.

Their service is not there. Very frustrating each time they ask another 15days
Worst Product and don't buy. Very Worst Service by Agaro company. Within 2 months it is Not functioning and it's been 4months complaint has raised till now service is not provided. Everytime they will are telling another 15 days 15 days.

Royal mop Virtual Demo Experience
Today was a virtual demo of this machine in which Madam Sudipa explained all the functionalities to me very well. In which I had the best experience in the mode functionality, I came to know when to use which mode! Second, I felt that the water in the tank should be used in the same way. So that the life cycle of the machine runs well. Third, I felt that when an error occurs in the machine, which places are necessary to check the mains and how to check it, Madam also explained to me well. Fourth, I felt that the dirty water tank should be kept up to the max, if the dirty water goes above the max, then empty the tank immediately, otherwise an error may occur in the life cycle of the machine. Fifth, I felt that if I want to use a floor cleaner from another company, I should use one that has fewer bubbles so that the max level of the dirty tank of the machine is maintained. If there are more bubbles, then there is less water in the dirty tank and if there are more bubbles, then there is a possibility of an error in the machine. Next, I felt that when using the self-cleaning mode, there must be water in the water tank, so it is necessary to check the water tank specifically. If there is no water, then it is necessary to fill it with water. Overall, Madam explained all the queries that I had in my mind in the demo, so all my queries were also solved. I liked Madam's nature bow! She shared her 100% experience with me, which I enjoyed very much. Last time I had a product related query in which I did not get the warranty card, then Madam helped me in that too and asked me to process it so that I would get the warranty card soon and promised that if I get the card, it would be resolved. And if I have any query in the future, Madam told me to call or SMS the customer care and the query would be resolved. Thank you very much Madam!! She shared so much information with me and cleared my doubts. Thank you so much Madam. 🙏🤩
