I recently made the switch from pads to disposable pants after several years of not-quite-good-enough coverage. It was a difficult transition, because no one wants to truly admit they have a problem with incontinence. I suffer from urinary urgency and pads were great for a long time. But my weakening bladder began putting the pads to the test, and I began experiencing unacceptable & uncomfortable leaks. I tried a major brand of underwear first and they weren't bad. But I found they were very irritating to my skin. The protection was awesome though! I felt SO much more secure than when wearing pads I knew I was on the right track. After researching everything available, I realized cost would def be a consideration. Disposable pants are more expensive than pads. So I figured it was a no brainer to give Amazon brand another try. They had provided me with a great quality pad for many years, at a very affordable price. So why not? I bought the XL as recommended by the chart and the fit is perfect. I like the construction. They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants. The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect. There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal. I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need. Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is! But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.

I don’t usually leave a review, but this product has been so impressive, exceeded my expectations, and has brought my confidence and life back to going out about the town or spending time outdoors where there are no outhouses available, that I just had to write this positive review to hopefully help others. I have been wearing this Amazon brand now for 4 months and they are the best fit, most comfortable and excellent protection without leaks compared to other name brands I’ve tried. The multi-elastic stretch around the body is so comfortable, you do not feel like you are wearing a “diaper”. And the elastic around the leg secures the great fit. There is bulk in the padding but it does not feel bulky at all when worn; I am still able to wear them with my tight-fitting jeans comfortably. BTW: I found that in order to avoid leaks, don’t do this crossing-the-legs-to-try-and-hold-the-urine-back to attempt control of your bladder while heading to try and make it to the nearest bathroom (panic leg crossing only distorts the position of the padding and protection which = leaks since your aim now went to a non-padded area or the leg opening). You have incontinence, accept it, relax and let go into this disposable underwear. On extended outdoor excursions, I add a booster pad to build up absorbency to an additional 2 or 4 cups of liquid depending on the pad you use. The booster pads are also much easier to change in/out of in a situation where the bathroom location is not very clean or convenient to take off your pants to change out of your disposable underwear. I carry along with me small black plastic bags to discreetly carry out and dispose my soiled pads. (I’ve even used a doggie poop bag in a pinch when that was all I had). I initially tried using diapers with side velcro tabs to work around the inconvenience of having to remove my pants to get to my underwear to change but have yet to find a brand that provides even a decent fit (they have all been big, bulky, unstable in fit and unreliable in protection). So the booster pads added to the disposable underwear is a great work-around. This Amazon brand disposable underwear is surprisingly amazing! I wear them everyday all day. And for someone with sensitive skin issues, these have given me zero problems. They also work great for those with fecal incontinence.

I used this incontinence underwear during my postpartum period, and it was very helpful and practical. They offer very good absorption, which gave me peace of mind, especially during the first days after delivery. They are easy to put on and very stretchy, adapting well to the body without feeling too tight. I used size S, but I think a size M would have been even more comfortable for me during that stage. One feature I really appreciated is how easy they are to remove. You can simply tear one of the side seams, as shown at the end of the video, which makes the process quick and convenient. These are comfortable, reliable, and very useful during postpartum recovery.

The Amazon Basics brand "Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear for Women" is a great option for those who are looking for maximum absorbency protection without sacrificing comfort and discretion. These underwear provide a cotton-enhanced topsheet that helps wick away moisture and feels soft against the skin. They are also free from natural rubber latex, making them ideal for those with sensitive skin. One of the standout features of this product is the Dri-Fit technology, which helps to control moisture and temperature to keep your skin dry and healthy. Additionally, the dual odor control system effectively helps neutralize and stop odors, keeping you feeling fresh throughout the day. These underwear come in a lavender color and are available in various sizes, ranging from small to 2X-large. To determine the best fit, Amazon Basics provides a sizing chart image that measures both the waist and hips, using the largest measurement to determine the recommended size. This product is identical in manufacturing and formulation as the Solimo brand, but with a new look. It also includes 20 pairs of maximum absorbency incontinence underwear for women. Overall, the Amazon Basics Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear for Women is an excellent option for those who are looking for comfortable and discreet protection against leakage. The combination of Dri-Fit technology and dual odor control system make these underwear a great choice for everyday wear. Made in the USA. A reasonable value for the medium size when offered at about $12 for a pack of 20. That's less than sixty cents each.

I do not frequently give reviews, but this is an outstanding product and if you need something like this, you must try it out. It is necessary for me to take fluid pills and it has been quite a messy challenge. I have tried numerous numerous types of pull up undergarments and these are by far outstanding.. they are very absorbent , they have no side leaks, and no back leaks. I have had no wet pajamas for several weeks. Please give them a try. It’s well worth it.
