I’ve been using it just once a week, and my dry skin is completely gone. No more flakes, no more scabs, no more dodging black shirts. My scalp and beard feel nourished, not stripped, and I can rock my full beard without a second thought. The routine is simple but effective: I wet everything down, apply a quarter-sized dollop of the cooling peppermint shampoo to my scalp and beard, massage it in with the scalp massager for a full five minutes (that brush is a beast—it digs in without irritating, like a mini spa session), then rinse. Follow up with the conditioner for another five minutes, focusing on the beard and ends, and rinse again. It stings a little at first—like a tingle from the 2% pyrithione zinc kicking in—but it’s a small price for the payoff.  The scent is fresh and forest-like, not some overpowering medicated funk, which is a huge win for daily wear. The massager deserves its own shoutout—it’s soft-bristled silicone that exfoliates gently while you lather, helping the formula penetrate without scratching up your scalp.  And being sulfate- and paraben-free means no dryness rebound, just healthy, hydrated hair that actually stays flake-free longer than anything else I’ve tried.  Sure, the initial sting and cost might turn some off, but for guys battling chronic dandruff or beard-area dryness like I was, this is worth every penny. Shipping wasn't the most ideal. They got banged around quite a bit in the box so one of the bottles had a busted seal and some of its contents leaked out (minimal, but a mess to clean up). As for the product, it works great. I have short hair (typical fade with a #1 guard and hair on top about 1.5" in length). I use a dollip about the size of a nickel in diameter and that is plenty. So the price doesn't scare me, because at this rate, one bottle should last close to 60 days. By the third wash, all flakes were gone. I also noticed that the pomade I use to style my hair washes out better and faster now that I am using this product.

This product is far and away better than ANY “dandruff” shampoo because it gets to the root of the problem “pun intended” I have tried expensive products and cheap products and NONE have worked but This product absolutely does. I plans to buy more to have stock on hand because if there’s one thing I know is when a product actually does what it says it’s not long before they are bought out or sued into closing by the major manufacturers who’s products don’t come close and can’t compare. But it! And better stock up!!

This is a very good product. Love using it. Really makes my hair feel less dry and itchy. I can tell that my hair looks a lot better and feels less flaking after each wash with this.

There was a noticeable difference on the first use. Within a week there was zero dandruff. Expensive but amazing product.

So far so amazing. Three uses and my scalp is almost clear. My hair is soft too! Nothing worked. The shampoo from the dermatologist didn't work well and made my hair awful. My hair was falling out terribly. I love this stuff. The smell is okay.
