This drink tastes so good. Sometimes you will get a bag that is hard to mix into your water BUT that is not very often. When you get the perfect bag, they mix so well. I drink this every night before bed and helps relaxes me and helps me fall asleep. It does help with bloating and makes me feel so good the next morning. It has helped me be more relaxed and helps with my anxiety. I have been buying this for at least a year, and I love it and will continue to buy. I just wish for the price you get a 30-day supply instead of 20 days but other than that I love this product.

Amazing product, delicious and calming!

The blue coconut flavor is refreshing. The taste reminds me of blue jello. My mind feels more quiet after I drink a serving before bedtime. I find that falling asleep and staying asleep comes easier when I have this.

Pros: this is my go to when traveling, as it helps keep me regular and also helps me sleep. Usually my system is disrupted when I travel but this keeps me comfortable. I feel it does help with bloating as well. Dissolves easily. Great flavors (tangerine is my fav) Cons: I’m sleepy the next day and am more likely to need a nap. Sometimes I get headaches ( it’s either the aswaghanda or vit D) . I struggle to supplement D so would like to take this more regularly but the citric acid gives me pause, as it’s not generally good for you. I understand they add for flavor. I prefer my supplements to be wholly healthy rather than tasty but that’s just me. I found that if I take regularly , it has a reverse effect and my sleep is more disrupted. The vivid dreams is because of the ashwaghanda for those who don’t know. I don’t personally mind vivid dreams. Overall I like to keep on hand for anytime I take trips, or to take occasionally if my digestive system is needing a little help. I have a lot of food sensitivities and my system is easily disrupted.

I love this as an evening supper. The blue coconut is by far the best flavor I have tasted. I do feel like it relaxes me a little.

I consistently purchase Nello’s Supercalm. If I don’t add it to my drink, I can’t focus as well. It makes a big difference in my production as well as keeping bloating down on my stomach. Great Product!

Not sure what sweetener is in this, but it tastes nastier than Aspartame. I bought the coconut flavor and there is nothing that remotely tastes like coconut. The sweetener and whatever other flavor that is close to fruit punch dominate everything. I do feel that it helps with relaxing and being calm.
