Extremely dissapointed!
Ordered on 22 March in order to use to fill dates as part of Eid gifts. A very small part of one corner of the product was bluey-grey and mouldy however removed this to use a small portion. Within a month, the whole product has become mouldy and cannot be used. This product states it has a 2 year shelf life- it was stored in an air-tight container in the kitchen cupboard, so extremely dissapointed in the standard of this product, and would not use this product again and would not recommend

I wanted to make the viral Dubai Chocolate bar for the first time and wanted to use only THE BEST ingredients. I used organic butter and turned it into brown butter ghee and fried these shredded raw Kadayif until they were toasted and golden in the ghee. Then I stirred in a 100% pistachio butter from Italy (no sugar, no oils, no milk). I put some milk chocolate in a chocolate bar mold and added sea salt & froze it. Then I added the Kadayif mixture and froze. Finally topped off with milk chocolate and sea salt again. Divinely delicious!

DELISH! Toasted in a pan with a little butter then mixed with pistachio cream. HEAVENLY! Cut my recipe time in 1/2! Great value, well Packaged and arrived super fast. Highly recommend.
