Super smooth, responsive, and premium feeling gaming mouse
The Endgame Gear XM2 8K is an amazing gaming mouse. It feels extremely smooth in every movement, and the 8K polling rate makes it incredibly responsive, perfect for fast-paced gaming. The Kailh GX switches are clicky yet durable, and the PixArt PAW3 sensor tracks flawlessly. This mouse works great for both left and right handed users, which is rare for high-end gaming mice. The wire is incredibly high quality, flexible, and doesn’t get in the way while gaming. The software is very basic, but honestly, you don’t need much, the mouse works perfectly right out of the box. The unboxing experience is top tier, with everything packaged neatly and securely, making it feel premium from the moment you open it. Overall, it’s comfortable, precise, and excellent value for anyone looking for a top tier gaming mouse. Highly recommended!

From [Redacted Company], to Endgame
Evaluating a mouse is an intensely personal endeavor, and subject to significant qualitative preferences. In the short time I've used it I have no desire to go back to 'old faithful', this mouse is good enough that I'm excited to use it. The Kailh switches have results in firm button presses, and great responsiveness. Outside of gaming, the scrolling is sweet and smooth, and surfing through websites getting to click is a joy Pros: -Exterior is a premium plastic and feels wonderful to my touch -Lightweight for great responsiveness -Wired so there isn't any worry about battery life Cons: -Price isn't free -Some people hate white peripherals I have a dream that companies will continue to make mice that are still wired, I do not want to go gently into the wireless night. I've not included the maker of the previous mouse because it did serve me so faithfully, for quite a long while.

Love it! Best XMAS gift so far
I like the fact that the mouse has no branding anywhere except on the bottom which is perfect for me because I wanted a "generic" looking gaming mouse next to my old school looking 8BitDo C64 (Commodore 64 themed) gaming keyboard. -The mouse has a super satisfying click which doesn't sound cheap atleast to my ears. It is not super loud but it is noticeable. -The matte like finish on the mouse does collect fingerprints or oils from your fingers but it feels good against your fingertips. It does not feel like cheap plastic. -The mouse is pretty small though, I think this is a mouse meant for claw/fingertip grip, not palm grip. This is honestly a good mouse to replace my corsair sabre pro champion.

Worst Support and QA available.
A genuine specimen of technology that somehow works and amazes you for maybe a week to a month before the QA issues arise. So you might have a good mouse in your hands for a short period of time but as an active member in the mouse review community I can say that if you order this mouse you will be returning it within a month or so. I say this because they all have either, battery issues, cable issues, and/or sensor issues. It would be ok if there support wasn't so GIGAGARBAGE. My brother ordered a mouse from them last year and it took them a functional year to give him a refund for a mouse they never even shipped. I ordered this mouse because everyone says that EGG is alright if you dont get the QA issues. Just dont order it save yourself time.

It doesn’t get better than endgame gear
Endgame gear are the best mice company. That’s it full stop. The quality of the switch feel, shell construction and cable do not get any better. They also are one of the few companies still committed to making top tier wired mice. Their cable in a bungie is wireless. You get the benefits of 8k without battery drain and you know this mouse will be around years down the road. Throw in the fact that the wire makes them cheaper than many of the wireless competition. For my 19x10cm hands and claw grip the Xm shape is second to none. Just the right balance between mobility and the ability to lock in for stability. That’s it folks. I’ve been using endgame gear mice for years they are the best. My old ones have been passed down to my friends and family.

Could have been my main mouse...
This was honestly one of the best gaming mice that I have used in the past couple of years. The shape was incredibly comfy and I probably had some of my best aim with it. Some people might think that the wire was an issue but it was basically nonexistent, even without a mouse bungee. The glides were just as good as any other mouse and the side buttons were also very good. My issue however, was with the scroll wheel and the main mouse buttons. The scroll wheel was way to easy to click in and as someone who plays games where you often need to use the scroll wheel, it was pretty annoying to see the action that was binded to the scroll wheel click happen, just because I was trying to scroll the wheel only. The scroll wheel was also pretty rough from the start but after some playtime, it got easier to use. The issues mentioned before were still prevalent. The other issue which basically made this mouse unusable, was the fact that even from day 1 of receiving the mouse, it already had the issues of double-clicking, which made it VERY difficult to use in games that required a bunch of clicking, as the double clicking would just completely ruin the rhythm of what I was doing. It would even happen during normal use of desktop viewing and such. This very well could have been my main mouse, if those two issues didn't exist, but I guess it is what it is.

Mouse driver/software
Night and day difference. Only complaint is the software won’t work on windows 10 home edition 2014 dell. Have to deep dive into finding out why

Perfect for repairs and long term use.
I bought this mouse because it was easy to disassemble and service. I have a cats whose hairs like to clog up the mouse wheel encoder but with this mouse I can access the screws and clean it without to much work. I have gotten special feet to allow it but it also comes with some as well. It is also just a good mouse with no issues. what you would expect from a high tier wired* gaming mouse. + Its well built with no creaking which is sad to see on mice more expensive than this one

I chose this as a replacement for my Razer Deathadder Elite, hence comparisons are between the XM2 and the Deathadder Elite. The XM2 is extremely lightweight, which is beneficial for quick movements when gaming. The buttons are very responsive and provides pleasing tactile feedback, while the sensor performs very well. The scroll wheel has quite a bit of resistance, but I believe this will reduce over time. The mouse is quite a bit smaller than the Deathadder, with a slightly smaller hump at the rear and a lower profile at the front. I found this preferential to the shape of the Deathadder. There is no grip tape on the sides, but I found this made no difference to my ability to grip the mouse. The plastic construction and light weight of the mouse does not make the mosue feel cheap. I have confidence it will last in excess of 5 years. The software provided is very basic, however I much prefer this to the bloated nature of other software, such as Razer Synapse. Overall this is a great value for money offering and is ideal for anybody looking for a good value performance focussed mouse. Please note I utilised a mouse bungee when using the mouse, hence I cannot comment on the cable.

Previous Mouse: Logitech G502 Proteus Core Hand size: 18.7 cm x 10 cm Preferred Grip: Relaxed claw x Palm hybrid Mouse Mat: Razer Goliathus Great: + Mouse feels impressively light and premium in the hand. Had to adjust my grip style very slightly by repositioning my ring and pinky finger into a more claw-like shape to prevent drag + The white variant I have doesn't feel slippery and has adequate grip + The wire feels extremely light, soft and flexible. Does not get in the way when moving the mouse around + Mouse buttons feel solid and responsive when clicking + Has a dedicated button for on the fly cycling between CPI and polling rates, with colour coded flashing LED indicators + Stock pre-installed mouse skates feel smooth and glide over my mouse mat very nicely + Comes with a sheet of additional larger mouse skates and a skate to apply around the sensor + The configuration tool is nothing fancy but is light on system resources and straight forward to use + GX Speed Mode (via configuration tool) for lightning fast responsive clicks + GX Safe Mode (via configuration tool) to prevent double clicking when the mouse button switches start to wear out eventually Not so Great: - Middle Mouse Button Scroll Wheel does not have left and right scrolling - Configuration tool does not have multiple profiles (e.g. one for general desktop use with custom button assignments and low polling rate vs another gaming profile with alternative button assignments and a higher polling rate) - Mouse button switches are not hot swappable like the OP1 series - The seller (Amazon US) most likely sent me a returned item as the product arrived with both seals on the box already cut and the flap was completely opened. Luckily nothing was missing and everything was in good shape. There was no indication on the product page that I was purchasing a returned or open box item. At least seal the box with some tape next time Amazon... Overall: Super impressed and happy with this mouse
