Love it so far
So my husband and I love Eden, we cooked through her entire first book and have made many additional recipes from the blog/socials. This book does not disappoint. There are so many creative and DELICIOUS recipes (preserved lemon toum, basbousa pancakes, the chickpea sandwich, the pilaf, I could go ON). We cant wait to cook through this one too. Hunting down some of the ingredients is part of the fun; we had no idea what black lime was, but it was so much fun for us to hunt it down, cook with it and then discover this flavor. This is a vibrant, exciting book. After meeting Eden on her book tour, I am even more obsessed with the cookbook. She was warm, down to earth and authentic, just someone living her best life as her true self, and it shows. This cookbook seems almost more personal than the first, it seems gets a little deeper into the culture and cuisine.

Tempting recipes to feed yourself and those you love
Eden has given us many tempting recipes to prepare from this new collection to feed yourself and those you love. The cookbook is nicely produced with plenty of high-caliber photos to whet your appetite. I purchased this for new Middle Eastern-inspired, veg-forward offerings. The book arrived just before Mother's Day, so I kick-started my efforts with one of her desserts: the lemon-ricotta babka recipe (to serve at a brunch). Results were delicious and consumed (not surprisingly) very fast. Glad I doubled the batch and froze the second loaf for a rainy day. The book sparks joy for me, and I am excited to produce more from it in my home kitchen.

Get this, now!
If I could rate this cookbook higher, I would. Eden is an incredible chef and recipe writer. Her first book is hands down my favorite cookbook of all time. I'm not usually one to cook from books and I turn to Eating Out Loud and now Tahini Baby time and time again. Her recipes are flawless, tasty as hell and easy to pull off. This book is vegetarian but the kind of recipes that feel complete even without the meat. If you're a veggie lover, great and if youre not one yet, prepare to become their #1 fans after cooking your way through this book.

A Mezze Lover’s Dream !
She’s done it AGAIN! This cookbook is an absolute banger. Bursting with bold flavors, vibrant ingredients, and that signature Eden energy we are all blessed with.Every page radiates joy, warmth, and a deep love for Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine that’s super approachable. From her elevated takes on comfort food to her unapologetically flavor-packed veg dishes, she makes you feel like you’ve got a hype woman in the kitchen with you.The storytelling is as rich as the food. Raw, real, and refreshingly fun. Whether you’re throwing a dinner party or cooking on a random night, this book delivers.

Its a Tahini Baby Summer
ll be honest—I only own four cookbooks. Two of them are from my grandmother (The Joy of Cooking and the Church’s 1956 Annual Christmas Dessert Cookbook). I cook regularly, but like everyone else, I’ve defaulted to whatever I can find online or swipe past on Instagram. Now that I’m in a slower, more intentional season—what I’m calling my “Nest and Flourish” era—I’ve started buying cookbooks again. This is my first one of the year, and it’s so so good. The recipes are thoughtful, full of vibrant Mediterranean flavors and well-balanced spices. Everything looks genuinely doable and delicious. The salads in particular feel perfect for a summer dinner party. The photography and writing are equally solid. Nothing overstyled, just clean and compelling. This book makes me want to cook all summer long.Note: And to those saying it’s “too complex”—honestly, what have we become? Our grandmothers cooked for days to feed a household. Not everything needs to be a 5-minute, one-pan, dump-and-go situation. Cooking is care. A little effort won’t kill us ladies.

So good!
Been following Eden's career since she had a show on the Food Network (back in the mid-2000's) and I always loved her take on creating recipes. I already know which recipe I'll make first; however, I got to taste her own cooking during her book tour while in LA, and ooooooohboyyy, the flavors were on point. She's amazing, love her always positive attitude and easy-no fuzz style of cooking. Can't go wrong with this book. Get it. Get it now! Also give her a follow on IG.

Your tastebuds will thank you!
If I could give this book 1,000+ stars I would. Eden does it again! And this is why she is the reason I love cooking so much. I have made 5 recipes so far and cannot wait to try more! Even though it’s vegetarian, you can always pair anything with a meat protein if needed. This strawberry rhubarb rose tahini crumble is a work of art, and the labaneh and feta Boureka is just…chefs kiss. A must have! Your taste buds will thank you

Best cookbook ever
As a bit of a collector of cookbooks I am used to getting one and making a few of the recipes and then ignoring the rest. Not this book! Every single recipe I have made so far is delicious. Even my picky husband loves everything. I can not wait to slowly work my way through this entire book. There is not one thing that I don’t want to try. And it’s all really healthy! Big win for me and my family.
