Fast shipping and delivery. Great little blood pressure monitor. Very easy to use and accurate. I like the fact that it doesn't keep pumping back up when I use the machine. I have a unit I bought several years ago and every time I used that one it would pump up too high and bruise my arm. My blood pressure is withing normal range. So I am very thankful that I found an accurate machine that doesn't bruise my arm. This was also a great value for the price, it's portable. So you can take it with you where ever you want to use it. It isn't bulky. It's just the right size and the display functions the way it should

I bought the Beurer BM27 to track my blood pressure before starting a medication, and it’s exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent, it has multiple user profiles, comes with batteries, and is surprisingly compact -about the size of a soda can, so it’s potentially great for travel too. A quick tip: take two minutes to read the instructions and follow the diagrams. Some of the negative reviews seem to come from user error that could easily be avoided. For example, one review noted an error code that in the manual clearly states the cuff is not tight enough. The device has just four buttons plus power - honestly, I’ve had wristwatches more complicated than this. It’s foolproof and simple by design - just take a moment to read the manual. Great price for a high quality, reliable tool to monitor your health.

Build quality and measurements easy. Great except for initial bluetooth set up. The amazon order and the device lists the model no as BM81 and this is what i chose for the device for set up. Failed several times, but the paper user manual with the device lists ELITE 950 as the model. When I chose ELITE 950 instead of BM81, it finally worked. A little messed up I think!

Whilst the BPM appears to work well (measurements compared to other BPM); the application is not very friendly. The auto bluetooth connection does not work very well. It doesn't sync after each measurement. There is no method to sync manually. Two days passed without sync. Followed the manual instructions and the result is that the data for the two days were lost.

Let me start by saying to read the manual first before you get the product up and running. This will go a long way. With that being said, once you insert the batteries on this monitor and program the initial settings.... it's smooth sailing from there. I like the fact that it's compact, easy to use and it stores the reading history on my phone with the app. This makes it super easy to track so I have something to show my doctor on my visits. I tested this monitor while in the doctor office and it was pretty accurate compared to their machine. So I'm happy to know that when I use my monitor I'm getting accurate readings. There is a downside but not much of a big deal for me. It's battery operated which means replacement batteries. I didn't mind getting rechargeable batteries for it so when I have to change them, I swap them out for fresh ones and recharge the old ones so they be ready to be swapped out again.

This is a fantastic high quality blood pressure cuff! The best I have ever owned. The twist lock feature is an example of smart engineering. Easy for older folks to utilize in taking their own blood pressure readings. Buy this! You can’t go wrong.

This is easy to use, but bluetooth syncing with the phone app is quite slow and it doesn't always work. After I needed to replace the batteries, I had to do a fair amount of troubleshooting to get the device up and running again (I had to track down the manual - ugh!) and syncing didn't work at all. I figured this would likely be an issue EVERY time I had to replace the batteries, so I didn't bother trying to make bluetooth syncing work again. There is alternative way to get data into the phone app by pointing the phone camera at the BP device screen, so I just do that now. It's much faster than bluetooth syncing. I have no idea how accurate the device is because I haven't tested it against a medical-grade unit.

Very poor product. Bought 2 months ago, very occasional use. Either the buttons have to be pressed repeatedly or the batteries changed again. This, on its own is enough to drive up blood pressure. How can I return the product under guarantee? It is not working properly.

It also gives averages (weekly, morning/evening) which is nice for tracking trends. 4. Comfortable Cuff Fit (22–42 cm range) The cuff size is broad enough for most arms. For me, it comfortably wrapped my upper arm (I’m average build) without feeling too tight (unless it overinflated).
