This is a lesser expensive probiotic that I was prescribed by a hospital after I was diagnosed with sepsis. This works just as well at a lot less money. Highly recommend.

My husband and I use this twice a day and we both feel that it helps with our digestion. For myself, after 4 episodes of severe diverticulitis and having to have 10 inches of my sigmoid colon removed, I was told to take a probiotic twice a day. I like that this product has 10 billion CFU and is made in the USA. We are very satisfied with this product.
