Saved my life
This is the ONLY product that I use. I cannot love without it. I wish it was a little less expensive for as much as I rely on it. Being FODMAP sensitive, I need thisbin order to eat almost anything. If they need a spokesperson, I'd sing their praises!

Take these with a meal Each capsule cost is 60cents You can take 1 - 2 capsules with each meal ... it says there are 45 doses (at the 2 at a time rate) It does not say if you should take it with multiple meals, or if taking more than 2 in a day would be unwise. supports food break down for better digestion Type 1 Small brown bottle with easy off black lid - mostly full There is a tamper evident plastic neck ring Paper seal for freshness Has a "minty" smell ... but not peppermint ... It is probably the Holy Basil that can be smelled.
