I bought this to replace the wall transformer for my whole house humidifier. The ratings were nearly identical to the old transformer and it works just like the original.

I bought this yesterday to replace a transformer that had disintergrated. The old one had been damaged years ago apparently and had been taped up. After having a window replaced above the transformer recently I went to check the plug. There was the transformer hanging by the tape. I had turned on the watering system after a week of high temp, dry weather and it wasnt working. Today I installed this transformer and bingo it worked first try. I like the three point plug as its more stable and grounded. Im a 76 yr old wife of a slighly incapacitated husband and so Girls can do anything!

Physically heavy but provides steady clean 24v power.

28.3 VAC measured but rated at 24V. This would be a +/- 16% Function, but you get what you pay for and it works.

Two HVAC units in our church gym lost their transformer power and the thermostats went blank. The units are mounted on the ceiling and consequently difficult and expensive to service because a lift has to be rented. I purchased these to bypass the old transformers and eliminate the service expense. The units have been working perfectly since install! I especially like the ability to screw them into the wall socket - keeping them secure.

This transformer is just what I needed for my front lamp. I like the LED indicator light that immediately tells me its functional without issue.

I bought this to replace a failed power supply for an AC ultraviolet light. The power supply seems well built, and on the heavy side suggesting that it can easily output 2 amps. The no-load voltage measured 26.5 volts. I didn't bother load testing it, as my UV light only draws 1 amp. I like the power on indicator lamp, a nice touch to a well designed, well built product.

Works great so far to restore power to my outdoor 3 bulb lamp post. Transformer is located in the basement, not outside. It has the green light to indicate a working product. I'm averaging around 8yrs of life on my old ones -- you know these are ready to quit operating when they start developing a darker 'heat ring' on the white cover. Also, was able to add a ground wire with this transformer. My old ones were just 2 terminals.
