You can feel the pump!
Great pre-workout. Not for the faint of heart. Start out with just one scoop. Can give you the jitters a bit. But has a great pump for lift lifting. This is our fourth purchase. My husband loves Godzilla. As the wife, I also use it, but only at one scoop. Dissolves really well, taste is incredible. Jar is huge, so it will last you a while. No upset stomach. Happy workout!!

A genuinely perfect middle-tier Pre-workout
Where do I begin? C4 might have it beat in raw caffeine per spoon full, but in exchange, it doesn't have much other than the initial kick. This stuff? You can go forever and ever on just one spoon. 2 spoons would be overkill. Ok so for smell? Love it. When I open the jar, I'm greeted with a pleasant lime smell. Also love the effect where it "smokes" as you open it. Might be my jar, but I love that effect, as it implies you're about to consume power. As for the taste? Honestly not bad. Lime is among the better flavors of this selection, and I just so happen to enjoy lime anyway. There is some chalk, but it's only bad in the texture dept vs the taste. Taste is amazing for a Pre-workout. You might shake it forever, but it won't dissolve all the powder. Only real complaint. Now for the real use: It's got more Arginine and Citruline than C4 at one spoon, which makes the pumping even stronger. It's got extended caffeine in it so you won't crash as you're working it through your system. There's creatine built into it, which forces you to drink more water to maintain power, but that's not a problem. There's also a focus blend built into it that's clinically dosed to grant you maximum thinking power. You don't get tunnel vision, you're able to sense everything in your way, what's about to be in your way, and plan accordingly. C4 and Hyde are jackhammers of raw energy, which while admirable, don't do well for the long term unless you're solely focused on workouts or simple high-speed tasks like order picking. I use my Pre-Workouts for work purposes, simply to replace energy drinks. 60 bucks a tub does look absurd, but compared to 40 cans of Ghost, it's a massive bargain for what you're getting. You will not regret your purchase, as long as you're already familiar with high caffeine.

Very Strong, Works As Claimed
I would rate this Pre Workout as 4 stars: Flavor: 5 stars, tastes great. Has blue specks in the powder, not sure if it's simply for visual appeal or not, but irrelevant. Ingredient Quality: The powder is of high quality (as noted above not sure what the blue specks are), but because it is so highly compressed to keep such levels of ingredients within small scoops, it suffers from the natural law of physics. Once it hits the water, or other liquid for mixing, its effect of being highly dense resists flow. It has a high tendency to clump and keeps the grains closely together, so once the scoop is dropped into the water it floats (high density). This requires me to fill a glass of water up halfway, leaving me room to stir some of it down, then pour the next half of water, and mix it completely with the water. Value for Money: This product is extremely expensive, as many of them are. This is off topic, hopefully the company takes this into consideration as I do it for a living: The issue all of these companies have are perfect examples of Porter's 5 Forces. The barrier to entry is very low - make a product that tastes good, has similar ingredients, at comparable or higher doses per serving; market the product well, gain brand notoriety, and run with it. The threat of substitution is astronomical, very few companies have long standing notoriety with healthy top-line revenue generation. Every few months I see new companies with new pre workouts pop up, and older pre workouts eventually disappear. I'm 37, been working out since 16, I can't begin to think of how many times I've seen this happen. Additionally, the fact that there are no novel breakthroughs that are patented and all of the ingredients are easily replicable, substitution is very simple. Tying these two together (and ignoring supplier/buyer power), competitive rivalry is what drives this entire subsector (pre workouts) of the fitness industry. These companies face a huge list of competitors and customers face no switching costs; on the other side of the coin, they must maintain or grow customer loyalty to grow market share and therefore revenue (and with increased demand, unit costs go down, profit goes up). So, what can these companies do to differentiate themselves considering the notes above? Maintain quality and flavor; reach the upper echelon of dose (mg of contents) per serving that matter (caffeine, citruline, beta, etc.); price competitors out of the market. The reason I say this? I look at the ingredients in each product, write down the mg per serving of the ingredients I want, look at the cost, and make my purchase. If the flavor is worth it, and the product actually achieves what it claims (the dose per serving is noticeable in the gym), I stick with it until I find another product that takes into account everything I have mentioned. That's my feedback on the product, and my input on the industry.

Sustained energy without the jitters
I've taken alot of different pre supplements in the last 6 months and Godzlilla is the only one that's given me sustained energy without the jitters or the crash. Maybe it's because of the amount of caffeine I'm used to taking, or maybe it's just me, but I think this is my new daily driver for that reason alone. Besides that, the taste is..meh. It's not bad, it's not great either - it could stand to be sweeter. The pumps are good, and I've been able to go longer during my morning workouts with the ability to finish strong. If you haven't tried it, it's worth a try.

Hulk Juice
This RYSE Godzilla x Noel Deyzel pre-workout is no joke. The Green Apple flavor tastes great, and the energy, focus, and pump are next level. The 400mg caffeine hits hard without feeling sloppy, and the citrulline and beta alanine really show during intense workouts. Perfect for heavy training days β highly recommend if you want maximum performance.

Favorite pre workout
Over the last few months I've tested several brands of pre-work out. Its what I start my day with as soon as I wake up. I even tried a less expensive Ryse mixture and I was not impressed. However Godzilla X is what I'm sticking with. Super clean and no undisolved mix in the bottom of your water. Fully disolves and the Monsterberry lime flavor is excellent.

Surprised how good it is. I use 2 scoops and never really got the itchy skin feeling. Flavour is actually pretty good too! Workout wise it genuinely kept me going for ages! As with all preworkout avoid taking late in the afternoon or evening to avoid being tossing and turning in bed.

I recently tried the RYSE Godzilla Pre-Workout in the Strawberry Kiwi flavor ππ₯, developed in collaboration with popular fitness influencer Noel Deyzel πͺ. Here's my experience: Pros: β Effective Energy Boost β‘ β The caffeine content provides a noticeable energy surge without causing jitters, helping me power through intense workouts. β Enhanced Focus π― β I felt much more locked in during my training, making it easier to maintain form and intensity. β Delicious Flavor π β The Strawberry Kiwi flavor is surprisingly tasty, striking a nice balance between sweetness and tanginess. Cons: β Premium Pricing π° β At around $60USD (105ish AUD), itβs definitely on the higher end of pre-workouts. β Potential Digestive Discomfort π€’ β I noticed some mild stomach issues after taking it, and Iβve seen others mention the same. β Variable Effects β³ β While the energy boost is great, the effectiveness can feel inconsistent on some days. Final Thoughts: The RYSE Godzilla Pre-Workout πͺ brings solid energy, focus, and a great taste, especially for fans of Noel Deyzel. However, the high price π° and potential stomach discomfort π€’ might be a downside for some. Still, if youβre looking for a strong and flavorful pre-workout, that has a immaculate pump
