Love these little packs for snacks, even for snacks at the office for meetings. Great variety, not salty, and fairly healthy. Taste great.

Very nice variety pack. Quality was excellent and taste just what was expected. Fruit tasted good and fresh all be it dehydrated. Not sure that these really qualified as being healthy, but can judge that for yourself by looking at the nutritional info and ingredients.

Some of the seeds are very small. Be careful if you have any issues with diverticulosis. The raisin and cranberry one is delicious.
