I love buying unbagged Tea but always find it a pain to get it steeped. it’s also a family owned business who is working to provide care for their son with leukemia. The material of the filter screen is so poor that it rusts after just a few uses! The tea brewed all has a rusty taste. After taking a couple of sips, I dare not drink it again. How dare such a poor-quality product be sold
