Get's the job done!
When I lay down gravity does its job and partially closes my nasal passages. This results in me wanting to breath through my mouth when I sleep. I did not have an issue with actual snoring, but I did breath loudly through my mouth which would occasionally interrupt my wife's sleep. I have had no issues since I have been using the BreathRights. I began using cone shaped nose vents around five years ago which did a good job, but no matter which variation you get, the cone type designs tend to fall out during the night. These SleepRight breathe aids stay in well. I have never had them fall out after over a year of usage. The worst I have encountered is one side popping out. They also do a better job at widening my passages allowing easier breathing. Although they cost more, they last much longer than indicated on the box. I clean mine with soap and water after each use and also with alcohol weekly and they hold up well. Although, they do lose their elasticity over time, I get 5-6 months out of them and possibly longer in some cases. As for comfort, they are not bad at all. I push them in as far as they will go and occasionally, like every couple of months or so, I will get some mild irritation. Then I flip them around and use them the opposite way and that usually allows the irritation to go away. Or, I will use my older cone vents for a few days max, until the irritation is gone, but they are not as effective (and safe, see below). The BreatRights can be a bit tricky to get in place. I always run some water on mine prior to inserting and that helps a lot. But, they are still a bit tricky sometimes; even after using them for a year I occasionally run into some minor difficulties but always get them to situated properly. And, since they are manufactured and packaged in the USA, you can have some confidence as to the quality of materials used to make them. That is the main reason I stopped using the other nose vents. Most were manufactured in a country known for mis-labeling, making false claims, and in some cases, using dangerous chemicals or processes in the goods that they sell. For something that you are placing in your sinuses daily, you need to be confident that you are not absorbing dangerous chemicals or who knows what. Overall, these are the best nasal dialaters I have used and I recommend them.

HELPFUL BREATHING FIX.
These breathing aids work most of the time. They are one size, which are on the hard side. The size and shape of your nose will determine which way is the best fit. Be aware that you can not blow your nose and keep them in place. Having a runny nose can cause them to be dislodged easily. Not secure when sleeping in a bed. Having a wide-mouth prescription pill container works very well for keeping them clean and handy in a ait tight container. Have used them for a week and did not have to adjust the size. M SCHUMM

Work well but hurt my nose and difficult to position
I've been using nasal strips nightly for several years after noticing I slept better with them during allergy season, so I just kept using them. Even the cheapest ones you can find still add up, so I started looking into internal sinus dilators like these. I bought a 2 pack, thinking they'd eventually pay themselves back. First, yes the sensation is odd but it's somewhat difficult to get them oriented properly in the nose as they tend to slip and move around. After wearing them for several nights I began to notice a pressure point which I eventually determined was either an ingrown hair or pimple (sorry for TMI), likely related to the dilators. I then stopped wearing them and went back to the strips. Maybe these are better used infrequently or in tandem with strips so that the inside of the nose isn't as irritated and has some time to heal.

Effective nighttime breathing aids
Breathe Right breathe aids are the very best!! Other nasal strips that attach/adhere to the outside of the nostril usually irritate or damage skin on the nose. Breathe Right breathe aids push the nostrils apart from the inside, and enable free breathing, without other adverse impacts. No need for a bulky and noisy machine! I suffered from night congestion for years before discovering Breathe Right breathing aides at my local CVS. Don't know why CVS quit carrying the Breathe Right aids; they are really missing out on an effective product. I now order mine every 2 months, and sleep very well.

Caused nose sores, don't last, TERRIBLE!
Terrible. Rough, apparently unfinished surfaces scratch nose and leave sores like zits in your nose. Very wasteful. The idea is you buy a pack of these every 10 days for the rest of your life? Unsustainable compared to the better quality, silicone ones on thr market. I DO NOT recommend purchasing these.

Work great, a bit painful
These things work. You can breathe at night with them. It completely stopped my husband's snoring. They're awesome. Neither of us have any problems with them popping out during the middle of the night. The downside is that if you have a small nose, these things are going to hurt so bad. I have a fairly average nose width and its rough after wearing it for a couple hours, let alone 8. The inside of my nose is so unhappy, almost feels bruised. I can only imagine how terrible this would feel on a narrow nose. They should make different width sizes. That said, I will continue to wear them once every few days or so because they really do give me such a good night's rest with easy breathing and that makes them all the more worth it.
