This was a Christmas present for my kids and I am very happy with this company. My kids love the hockey table. Delivery was on time and professional. Easy assembly. I did have one small issue with the table, and I called the company and spoke to a couple of the staff. This is a small business, with EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and they handled my issue with friendliness and promptness. In a time now where excellent customer service is so hard to find, these guys really impressed me with how they handled me on the phone and took care of my issue immediately. These folks stand behind their products 100%. Super fun table!

Table was great playing on until the score reader stopped working after owning it for only two months. I tried calling Freetime and also left a message and have not gotten a response. The surface also scratches pretty easily. There is also a hollow spot by the score board that slows the momentum of the puck when it hits that area. The kids don’t want to play on it anymore because the score keeping was a huge part of their fun. Other than the negatives, it’s a pretty decent looking table and the built quality is good for the price. An Update.. I got a hold of customer service at Freetime Fun and they were able to assist me with the broken score keeper by sending me the hardware (sensors and module) needing replacement and it works now.

I’m 60 years old and I’ve purchased many things in my life. This is probably the best purchase in the history of my life the extreme quality the LED lighting if the puck sits there for three seconds it says shoot the puck it is the fairest price the highest quality I can’t believe a machine like this is not double the price how do you make something so great so wonderful for that low price and knowing it’s a family business like I have I just wanna say thank you to the family and the whole company. We will enjoy this for years. Thank you.

This air hockey game is the highlight of my new home.I have a 92 year old playing it like he's 21.

Cool table, but not entirely satisfied for the price. Blower is very loud and the goals are so small that you can’t score if the blocker just sits in the middle. Working well for kids. Just not a lot of use for adults, and again, pretty loud.

Unit is junk, had to replace score switches twice, not working again. Now it shuts off after a a while of playing. Don’t waste your money, absolute disappointment.

This table is beautiful, great surface, great sounds, assembly wasn’t bad but…… there’s one issue The goal slot is actually too narrow ….. it’s almost impossible to score a goal if the other player just leaves their paddle in the middle of the slot …. After checking the goal slots on tables are normally about 13 inches (three times the pick slot width….. this slot is about 9 inches. It’s fun but waaaaay too small a goal slot …. For the price I think they shoulda tried playing with their product before selling em this way
