Not just an average spatula
Ok, it's just a "flipper" .. but is it? I love this flipper.. and I have many different ones. This one is perfect for everything from Japanese omelets, pancakes, sandwiches.. you name it. It has a slope at the edge, which was the game changer that makes it so good. The handle is a little bit shorter than some, but I prefer this length. Works great on any flat surfaced pan. Trust me, you will love this! The silicone is the same as most others, and is easy to clean. It hasn't melted or stained .

BRILLIANT AS A SQUEEGEE TOO!
I use this thing primarily when I'm cleaning the blackstone. my griddle doesn't sit entirely flat and oil pools in one of the corners. this little devil gets in the corner and works like a squeegee to get that stuff out and in the waste recepticle. I haven't actually flipped anything with it but if you're looking for something to squeegee out of tight spots it works amazing

It works as well as they say it does
The body of this spatula was not as deep as I thought, but that was my fault for not looking at the dimensions. Regardless, it has worked very well on omelets and even grilled sandwiches. I may buy another as a spare!

Not Just For Tamagoyaki
Multipurpose use not just for Tamagoyaki. This is also a perfect size for French Toast and Pancakes. Sturdy and easy to use.

Sturdy
This is sturdy, which is great when trying to turn items in a frying pan. The width is great but the handle is shorter than most other spatulas I’ve owned. This allows you to get splashed by grease, etc. in the pan.

The omelette spatula is well made for non-slick pans. It’s flexible and sturdy. Glad I purchased it.

The Bee's knees!
It's my favorite spatula now. I use it on my granite pans, takes the heat well and has held up to daily use. Not a single scratch on those pans. Cleaning is super easy, the food just falls off. Great shape for omelets as well!
