I was starting to really struggle with sleeping through the night and getting into a new routine that required a totally new very early morning schedule. As I'm leaving this review, there aren't many reviews yet. DON'T let that deter you from this amazing product. It's worth every penny! I'm a mom of three with pretty high anxiety, neurodivergent, depression. The works, ya know? The insomnia has been kicking me pretty hard for about the past year. I hadn't even finished this drink before my eyes were nice and heavy. Slept soundly AND woke up actually feeling rested. So I usually cannot stand the taste of powdered drink mixes. They always have the same like, weird taste it leaves on the tongue. NOT the case with this mix. I expected to have to endure a displeasing drink and hope that it would be effective. It's actually delicious. I'm not normally a lemonade fan, but the blueberry lemonade flavor is smooth an not acidic as lemonade typically is. No powdery feel to the drink itself, it dissolved nicely in cold water. As always, packaging was great. Very well sealed. I've ordered at least three of their products off the top of my head and they are seriously a great, solid company. I'm always happy with my orders! All that to say, 10/10 recommend this product. It tastes amazing and broke a loooong cycle of sleeplessness for me.

It didn't work for me. It did make me feel a little sleepy but whenever I used it, I had sleepless nights. I was constantly tossing and turning and had weird dreams. It may work for you, but it didn't work for me.

I have had trouble sleeping for a while now, and this triple sleep drink has helped loads. It tastes great, has no chalky texture, mixes very well, and most importantly, helps me sleep. Like, I sleep, and I wake up refreshed.

Tea can be made cold or hot. My favorite way to drink it is warmed up right before bed to make even more calming. Tastes amazing which is a plus! Highly recommend!
