This is the one to buy
I use this float primarily as a swimming oasis for my 13 year old long haired German Shepherd whose favorite thing in life in swimming in the above ground pool catching and popping water balloons. Having this float which is easy for him to swim into and off if has eliminated his doggie life jacket which encumbered his ability to swim around the pool. Easy to fill with the one way valve. Blow into, and take your time putting the cap on the filler, no air loss due to the one way valve. Durable, unbelievably durable, the netting not ripped or torn by sharp dog toenails, no leaks in the inflatable part after 35 days of daily use. As for human comfort, all I can say is what a nice comfortable float this is. Excellent price, excellent value for the price paid.

USER FRIENDLY FOR FAT OLD WOMEN, LOL
After having hips and knees replaced, I’ve had a heck of a time using any type of lounge-style floatie. But these are super easy to get on in 4’ of water, either onto my back or front, without looking like a frustrated manatee…which is saying a lot since I’m a bigger, older person who would normally struggle mightily to mount a floatie using the pool steps and handrail. With these, I can even flip myself over (without capsizing) while on the floatie in the middle of the pool. And it’s extremely comfortable…I prefer to inflate the headrest only halfway. These are so easy to inflate in 30 seconds, best done right in the pool. No more squeezing a poorly designed plastic port to get air inside. I bought the cheap version ($15) with the new orange mermaid tail thing that makes deflating so simple. They dry quickly for storage and any debris easily shakes off. The SpringFloats are very durable (I’ve had several of the round style for years) as long as kids don’t cannonball into the mesh center. And they don’t mildew or fade. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not very buoyant
Would only use this in a warm pool or a very hot day. These are not buoyant and all but your head will be submerged

If you dont own these, but own a pool or use a pool BUY THEM
My wife purchased one of these a few years ago - same brand, different style - because the solid coated foam floats we were using were waaaaaay to hot in the summer. Florida summer heat...legendary. We were cooking on those floats. So she got one and was like hey this is pretty nice. Depending on how much air you put in the pillow and the ring around the float, the higher or lower you sit in the water. Weight has a little something to do with it as well. They are amazing. We own several of these and do not break them down and store them for the winter. We have lost ONE in the last FOUR YEARS and that was due to the usual reason things break (kids were in town rough housing). We love them. Why? The sun here gets very hot in the summer...sometimes summer is 9 or 10 months long (or so it feels) so either you bake or you get creative. We float on the weekends for a couple of hours and listen to podcasts as a break in between projects or just to relax after a long week. These are great because you stay cooler when the back half of your body is in the water. Need to "dip" to cool off? Sit up, the float drops a bit, you cool off and back at it. I personally also use mine as a headrest when I flip. We have a sunning shelf in the pool so I lay on that when I want to tan my back and give my front a rest so I just flip the float around and use the pillow as a pillow. My wife has figured out just the right amount of air to put in hers so she's always half submerged and when she flips, she just flips on the float and floats face down. We have on occasion taken them on vacation (cruses) so I know they will fold back up into the circular flat shape they come in but it's not fun. It's possible, not fun. For the pool...these are our go to every single weekend. We set up the podcast, drop into the pool and float on these. You'd think they would be flimsy at the price they're being sold at - again kids are going to be kids - but adults using them "responsibly"...we still have one of the four year old ones and it's showing signs of wear now so I doubt it'll make it through the year but a $20-25 float made it four years...in this sun...used weekly. Worth every penny and then some.

Floating hammock
I like to tan by floating in the pool. My old method didn't work well for tanning on both my front and back comfortably. This float is a pleasure, very confortable on back or belly. My place is small and i don't have much room for storage. When this is fully inflated its easy to stash behind the sofa and stores easily when not inflated. Mostly it stays inflated since i live in Fl. It does not require must air to fully inflate. I can flip over when tanning without falling off lol which is a major plus. So comfortable. I am very happy i got this.

Nice sturdy floatie!
Initially, I bought these floaties for a friend who has a black lab who LOVES to float in the pool. Because of the dog's nails, she tends to pop other floaties that are made of exclusively inflatable material. These are great she doesn't destroy these. The last time I was at her pool, I tried the floatie out for myself and its really comfortable. I love the mesh bottom because it allows you to stay cool but you're not stuck to some hot plastic. I just bought my friend two more of these to put in her Christmas presents because she loves them so much...both for her human pool visitors and her canine who thinks the pool is exclusively hers!

Love these spring floats, my old old one broke at the valve. Trying to find the same ones wasn't able too find the exact one in retail stores . This one is my favorite, because if your tall or big you don't sink , the mesh that keeps you half way in the water while laying on it, feels nice being cooled off laying on the lake on a hot summer day. I recommend these floats, it's worth it, over the newer styles they sell for more expensive.

Love doing the star in the pool :) This float is just perfect for that... You still touch the water, as it is water level, so you get the refreshing effect of it, but you are well elongated (I am a pretty tall woman and it is very comfortable), enjoying the sun and getting a great tan all at the same time :) It is also super easy to inflate, no need for a pump or anything...

This one is to replace one that we bought ten years ago and the mesh has finally torn. It has stood the test of many swimmers.

Would buy again- floaty is good quality and supports head while letting you cool down. Easy to blow up and doesn’t take a ton of air!
