These gummies have changed my life. For one, they taste INCREDIBLE. We specifically got the pineapple flavored one, and it tastes like Dole Whip. It doesn't make you drowsy, but it gives you the most incredible night's rest where you wake up feeling relaxed and fully rested. I started noticing how restless my sleep was. For the past month, I was waking up, wide awake at 5am and not knowing why. With these gummies, I'm able to go to sleep fully and throughout the night.

Before trying these gummies I tried other products. Melatonin did not always work, and increasing the dosage caused weird dreams. These magnesium glycinate are very effective. I take 2 in the evening and 30 minutes later I’m enjoying a sense of calm and relaxation. I’m able to get a good nights’ sleep and I wake up feeling well rested and energized. The gummies are sugar free and taste pleasant. I will definitely keep these in my nighttime regimen.

Good product however these gummies are super sticky and hard to get out of the container.
