Quite possibly the best camera for the money you can buy. A great all-rounder.
Still getting to know this camera but so far I'm really impressed. I like the full frame, I like the open gates, with the firmware upgrades, I like the extended recording times, I love the customisation of the menu. We all know it doesn't have a viewfinder but honestly the more and more I use it the less and less I feel like I need it. This is a great camera that takes great photos, stunning video. The real time LUTs are really useful. I would recommend this camera to anybody. I think it's probably the best bang for buck you can get right now.

Compact and great for an always carry camera.
The S9 was released to mixed reviews, its a small camera and has no EVF. But with no small lenses upon release... except an odd manual lens. Now with the 18-40mm the camera is very different sized system... Or even better the Sigma I series contemporary lenses. Image quality is excellent focus is fast and sure with both the 18-40mm and the 24mm Sigma lens. Video is also a very strong on this camera with 6K and 4K recording at various frame rates and very high data rates. As a small and compact full frame camera I think the results are awesome. This has now become my new holiday camera.

Lumix S9
Great camera and great value. The images are amazing even for a novice like me. So much more to learn as I have only been using my phone as a camera up until now. Lots of functionality but Im sure I will learn more as I go along.

Brilliant
Still early days but I love this camera. With the 18-40mm lens it’s compact enough and perfect for walks anywhere. Value is not great though compared to the S5ii which I also own. Picture quality is fantastic like it’s bigger brother, I’m not bothered by the e shutter and had not image quality issues as a result. The only thing I wish it had was an EVF boy do I miss it, always instinctively bringing it up to eye level and remembering I need to use the screen, maybe a Mk2 will fix this. All in though a great little camera

It’s a point and shoot…but then a whole lot more !!
At its basic level it’s a point and shoot camera using the Auto setting until you delve into the menu system to unleash the true potential.I watched a shed load of YouTube videos posted by some very knowledgeable S9 users. This gave me the basis to understand the menus and how to navigate through them to set the camera up based on my planned usage….theme park memories in a very sunny environment….the 18-40mm kit lens allows for some great variety of shots both during the day and at dusk…still loads to learn but having a lot of fun with this camera and lens combo.

Great camera for capturing your life!
Looking to capture memories in confined spaces - in a busy train, at a venue, or somebody's home? This one got your back. The Panasonic S9 delivers strong performance in low light thanks to its full-frame sensor. This is combined with good in-body image stabilisation, making the camera an excellent travel companion. With 6K open-gate video and the wide-angle 18-40mm kit lens you're all set for indoor content creation as well as landscape and architecture photography, capturing the most of the moment rather than feeling claustrophobic.Resolution wise, 24MP doesn't sound like a lot. But with each pixel covering so much more space on the sensor than on a phone it still makes a real difference in the level of detail. There is a super high resolution mode too with 96 megapixels, where the camera takes several pictures in short succession and stitches them together. The camera is easy to use as well with an intelligent auto mode as well as the usual PASM modes. If you run it on full auto then be mindful that the camera might default to relatively slow shutter speeds - which it can get away with thanks to its strong IBIS but not ideal if you are capturing moving people and don't want the motion blur. It's not weather sealed though. It does lack a viewfinder and perhaps more importantly a mechanical shutter. But if you're just upgrading from a phone and don't use flash, this might not be your biggest worry. All in all the pros much outweigh the cons. Especially at this price point the S9 is a unique proposition.

A top notch camera for video and photo content creators
The media could not be loaded. Panasonic may just have created the perfect camera for social and content creators on the go, or anyone looking to step up their games from smartphones, the specs list is impressive but here are the standout features.Full frame 24mp sensor (same sensor as the S5 II and S5 IIX)6k open gate video (3:2 so you get a bigger frame of footage to allow 16:9 and vertical crops for socials)Real-time luts (change the look of your photo/video with luts from creators saving you timeAdvanced autofocus with modes for people, animals, cars, bikes and moreThe form factors is really great, with the 18-40 lens it can still fit in a large pocket which makes this so easy to carry and considering the power and specs of the camera it will be a game changer for your content quality.Best in class stabilisation, the best stabilisation in any mirrorless cameras, lumix is the top tier and it has filtered down to this more compact camera.A few things mission like an evf, but then Lumix are aiming this at people who create on their phones already so an evf will not be missed by most people.I've been shooting video and images on this for 2 days straight now and I can honestly say it is going to be my main camera for my socials and also will make a great b roll camera for my other work, I'm really happy with it, please see my video for more video and images from this camera.
