Helped my son relax before bed
Doesn’t help my son sleep as such, but helps settle his mind which allows him to fall asleep quicker. He feels they are helping him be more relaxed at bedtime.

Good flavour, working well for my 13yr old
My daughter has trouble getting off to sleep. We have tried lots of things, even tried gummies in the past. However, she couldn't get on with them, didn't like the taste & texture (sensory issues). I have tried one & the flavour is nice & fruity 😊It could be that she's older, but she is dealing with the couple of seconds that it takes to have one of these each night, even though she still doesn't like the texture. But these are working, she isn't asleep within half an hour but becomes nice & chilled & falls asleep nice & relaxed faster now 😊

Depends on the child
I got these for my 3 yr old and autistic 9 yr old. They work brilliant for my 9 yr old but my 3 yr old they do nothing for him.

Gummies that work!
Definitely helps my kids! My toddler and 6 yr old kept waking up multiple times throughout the night and were very fussy, however with these gummies half an hour before bedtime, they sleep much better and no longer wake up multiple times throughout. Would highly recommend

Doesn’t work, kid not even yawning only good think he thinks it tastes nice . Still wide awake at 9 after taking it at 6:30
