I got this to use on an international flight. It worked well. The solid bottom is great I have tried ones without a solid bottom and they do not work as well. .It rolls up in a travel bag and fits into a carry on easy. If you are going on a very long flight I would recommend getting something like this.

I'm so glad I ordered this! I have short legs, so not having a way to prop them up on long flights was really uncomfortable. This makes it so much easier to relax in my seat.The bamboo base is sturdy and prevents my feet from squeezing together. It's also adjustable, so I can find the perfect position for my legs, no matter how I sit. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, it folds up compactly so it doesn't take up space in my bag. After taking it out, it wasn't challenging to repack it back into the carrying case.I highly recommend a footrest to anyone who travels by plane. It makes a surprisingly big difference in your comfort.

I’ve tried a few different foot rests with some being better than others, I was hoping this one had a wider and more stable base with the flat insert but the Velcro attachment makes it kind of inconvenient to assemble in a tiny cramped airplane seat. It’s not awful but there are better models out there.

This foot rest works great on an airplane and is comfy to use. Hooks to the table as expected. The velcro keeps the solid piece on the foot rest, something one with a pillow failed to do. I prefer the solid bottom so I can put one foot in and it doesn't smush one or both feet.

I love this idea, and the item is nice quality and sturdy. I like that it has a rigid base that keeps it from collapsing over your feet. Unfortunately there was not enough leg room flying economy to be able to use this effectively. I am 5'2" and didn't really have leg room to fit this in the space in front of me. Anyone taller would have a more difficult time.The quality is great and it's a great idea. It's not the fault of the product that airlines pack us in like sardines these days! Overall I would recommend if you are sitting in a seat that allows a little extra leg room.

I put this under my desk because I work from home so I'm sitting a lot, and sometimes my knees start to hurt. I wasn't really expecting that much, but surprisingly, reclining sort of with your feet up off the ground and taking the weight off your knees is actually so comfy! I don't use it every single time I'm sitting down but it's been awesome to have hanging out down there to just kick back now and then.

I was trying to use this at a desk, but it didn't have the right spacing to hang it properly. It is easy to set-up and works well, but you need a space like an airplane tray table to hang from so that it works properly.

Haven't tested in a real flight yet, but the build quality and materials are excellent. The base gives good support and the straps are well made. I have a flight soon and will give it a test. I'll come back for an update if it doesn't work as planned
