I had an issue with my first treadmill, but the customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly, communicated clearly, and resolved the problem in a very short time by sending a replacement. The new machine works perfectly. The treadmill itself is well built, has a wide running belt, feels stable, and is very comfortable and practical for home use. Overall, I’m very satisfied — not only with the quality of the treadmill, but especially with how professionally and efficiently the issue was handled. I would definitely recommend both the product and the seller.

I took a chance on this one because it ticked all the boxes whilst still being affordable. There aren't many reviews on this model ( X20/ AP01) so I hope this helps some of you. I've had this treadmill for just under a week. It was easy to unpack and setup, there wasn't much assembly, there were just a couple of screws to tighten, and a phone/tablet stand to attach. The treadmill works well, the functionality is as described in the description on Amazon. Auto incline is adjusted by the panel, so much better than some of the manually adjusted treadmills - I included this on the short video. I've not tried to get to max speed yet, but it goes plenty fast. One of the other reasons I went for this one was because of the large working area of the treadmill. I'm 6ft and this has plenty of area for my stride length. The noise levels are fine I didn't notice the Treadmill being loud or noisy at all. I was a bit skeptical about the mobile application because it doesn't have a great review score within the app store. Yes, this does need to be activated with the app, although some users have reportedly activated it without the app. It only took a couple of minutes to sign up and activate. I didn't see any odd permission requests on my phone. The app worked really well and the community on there seem welcoming. I casted it to a TV. You get an avatar that you can change the appearance of and use to run around various tracks. They also have competitions that you can enter and medals which help you achieve your goals. So far I'm happy with the purchase.

Very good price and a very attractive an easy to set up piece of kit, but a bit too small for me. It is not very wide and I have to really concentrate not to come off the machine, it also has a very slight squeak unless i run really close to the front of the belt, I can get round these issues by sticking too running on an incline, which shortens my stride and makes it easier to run perfectly in a straight line (note due to a road accident I have bilateral instability so this might be more of a me issue) and also gets rid of the squeak. The machine does have good cushioning but is not to gym standard, and is of very good build quality, and for a person under six foot, or those who stick to incline running, is probably a really good buy.

Right, so this is my first ever treadmill and I was a bit nervous about buying one, but I needn't have been. This treadmill is absolutly brilliant. First off, the delivery was spot on. They brought it right to my door and even took it into my hallway for me. Now, a word of warning for fellow ladies of average build like myself – this box is HEAVY. I'm not a super sporty person and there was no way I could move it myself. I had to wait for my husband to get home and heave it into the living room for me. So just be prepared, you'll likely need a hand getting it to the spot you want. Once it was in place, unboxing was a bit of a faff, I won't lie, took me a lot of effort to get it out because it's heavy. But the actual setup? So easy! You just pull the handle up and use this little screwdriver-like tool that comes in the box to tighten 2 screws. I had it ready to run in under 5 minutes, no extra tools needed at all. I'm so pleased I got it sorted before the weather turned properly cold. Now for the best bit – the app! I downloaded it when the menu prompted me and it totally changes the game. It makes the whole running experience feel proper, like I'm running in a virtual stadium on my phone screen. It really takes your mind off the workout. It feels really sturdy and heavy duty, which is what I wanted. My kids have been on it too and they are absolutly living it. I feel better knowing they're safe with the red safety string attached to them. All in all, chuffed to bits with my purchase. Easy to use, solid, and the app is a genius addition. Highly recomend!

Does what it says on the box but make note there is not a remote control with this model but it is not needed anyway. easy set up, good instructions in various languages, quiet, large Varity on the speed levels, The features include - pause/start, speed up/down, stop and a safety feature and as as Only paid £203 for it great value. Would I recommend it? Yes if your like myself a novice.

Pretty good for the price but noisy! Has always given me static shocks when I use the buttons to change speed, and now those buttons don’t work at all. I have to connect to the app and Bluetooth and use buttons on my phone to change the speed.

This treadmill is spot on for the house; it folds away neatly, but it's proper sturdy with a big running area, so I feel safe even when I'm running flat out at 16km/h. The 6% incline is brilliant for making the workout a bit tougher, and the motor feels strong enough to handle it all without fuss. It was delivered straight to the door, which was easy, and having the app control means I can track everything, it’s a brilliant bit of fitness gear.

Needed help with ours that stopped working. Customer service was super responsive and worked to get us a new machine as soon as possible. Thankful for the great experience and great machine.

I bought this for my father n law. He is 90. It is low to the ground so no risk tripping or falling. He has an emergency cut off cord and it turn the walking pad off fast.
