Nice tasting gummies. The kids like these. Seemingly help sleep but really routine dependant.

After avlot of research to find the right type of magnesium i needed i chose this one with glycinate as thats the typr that aids falling asleep. After using for a week my soon appears to be settling to sleep a lot quicker, which was the main issue.

My 4 y/o daughter has been using these for over a week now and they have made such a difference to bedtimes.
